Jaymar was born in the Philippines and has been working in the maritime industry since 2015. Jaymar has an extensive knowledge in all areas and believes that his long experience will be a big contribution in a meaningful way leading to a smooth operation onboard Winning Streak.

Meet Kayleigh, our new stewardess with a passion for maritime industry and a dedication to providing exceptional service. With a background in maintaining luxury yachts, including roles aboard the M/Y Forever You (55M) and M/Y Lady Of Imperia 2 (25M). Her attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the yacht's operation runs smoothly, whether it's preparing for guests' arrival or handling logistics during port stays.

In addition to her yachting duties, Kayleigh is deeply involved in her community, regularly organizing and hosting events for local charities. With a love for outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and bouldering, as well as a dedication to personal wellness through daily yoga practice and mindfulness activities, she brings a balanced and adventurous spirit to her work.

With a passion for the sea and a flair for gastronomy, our new chef Amy brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to her cooking. She has worked as a private chef, catering for events of up to 100 people.
Although new to the maritime industry, she is determinate to create culinary experience to onboard guests and one of her strengths is to have excellent people skills and ability to work under pressure.

With over 25 years of experience in the yachting industry across the Mediterranean and Asia, Captain Rodney Blervaque brings a calm, professional and highly guest-focused approach to life onboard. Rodney has commanded a wide range of luxury motor yachts, overseeing everything from family cruising and charter operations to complex refit projects and new yacht deliveries.

Having spent the majority of his career cruising the Western Mediterranean, including the South of France, Corsica, Sardinia and the Italian coastline, Rodney possesses extensive local knowledge and a deep understanding of the region's most sought-after anchorages, ports and guest experiences. His experience ranges from intimate family cruising to larger charter operations, always with a strong emphasis on safety, discretion and exceptional service.

Known for his approachable nature and meticulous attention to detail, Rodney takes pride in creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere onboard whilst ensuring every aspect of a charter runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Whether guiding guests to hidden coves along the Riviera, coordinating bespoke experiences ashore or overseeing the day-to-day operation of the yacht, his objective remains the same: delivering unforgettable moments on the water with the highest standards of professionalism and care.
