Matt is the Mate on board and originally hails from South Africa. He grew up in a close-knit, supportive family with a deep love for the ocean and an active lifestyle. From a young age, he was passionate about sports—rugby was his main game growing up, and he’s a devoted football fan, proudly supporting Newcastle United.

Working on the water was a natural path for him. He has always felt at home at sea and has worked hard over the years to build his career and gain experience on various vessels. In his free time, he enjoys water sports such as surfing, wakeboarding, diving, and fishing.

On board, Matt brings a steady hand, a strong work ethic, and a great sense of teamwork. He’s dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of the vessel and providing a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone on the water.

Chef Mladen Dragojlović is an educated, talented and highly motivated yacht chef with a positive approach and the ability to work in a busy environment. He is passionate about food and enjoys preparing both modern and traditional dishes, using ingredients strictly from local markets. Chef Mladen combines effective communication skills with years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience. Born and raised in the northern part of the Croatian town of Požega, chef Mladen will present the best of Croatian culinary experience, combining ingredients from across the country. part of this Mediterranean country.

The top three dishes by chef Mladen are: Sea bass fillet with sweet puree, roasted cherry tomatoes, and sauteed asparagus; Adriatic octopus with roasted root vegetables in white wine and Mediterranean herbs & drained yoghurt cheesecake with berries, coulis, and fresh mint.

Cezary Krzyczkowski is the Captain of XMotion, a Sunreef sailing yacht, bringing a lifetime of experience on the water and a passion for creating exceptional experiences at sea.

Having started sailing as a child with family and friends, Cezary turned his passion into a career that has taken him around the world. He has crossed the Atlantic three times, worked on a wide range of yachts, and spent more than seven full charter seasons as captain, delivering safe, memorable, and enjoyable voyages for guests from all walks of life.

Beyond his maritime career, Cezary holds a degree in Sport Rehabilitation from the UK and previously worked as a skydiving instructor—experiences that helped shape his calm, confident approach to leadership, safety, and teamwork. He also oversaw the build, commissioning, and operational management of XMotion, giving him an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the yacht.

Known for his relaxed personality, strong communication skills, and patient teaching style, Cezary enjoys sharing his knowledge with guests and crew alike. Whether introducing someone to sailing for the first time or leading an ocean passage, he combines professionalism with an easygoing attitude that helps everyone feel at home on board.
