Sandy Carney, Partner
Sanderson Yachting is owned and operated by Sandy Carney, a veteran of the yacht charter business. Sandy has arranged charter for clients in Croatia, Turkey, Greece, The French and Italian Riviera as well as the Caribbean, New England and the Pacific Northwest and Mexico.
Sandy’s cache of experience comes from regular attendance at all major charter shows and traveling to many of the popular destinations. She personally interviews all the crews and decides if she’d spend a week with them!

Many of Sandy’s clients call her to arrange the charter because of her excellent reputation for confidentiality and discernment. Busy executives and their families take charte r vacations for private quality family time.
Having worked for other companies including Alden yachts, Newport Yacht Services, Little Harbor, Hinckley, Churchill. Yacht Partners and Rikki Davis, Sandy’s reputation in the industry is that of a well-respected professional. She is a member of the exclusive American Yacht Charter Association and keeps up to date on all the latest legal and contractual issues around the world.
In her personal life, Sandy is a past commodore of the Ida Lewis Yacht Club. She is the mother of two sons, whom she took on numerous charter vacations in their younger years.

I’ve raced one-designs and I had a U.S. Coast Guard Launch License for 10 years. Shana Caye – Charter Industry Professional
Shana Caye has been immersed in the charter industry for the past year, gaining invaluable experience as a charter broker assistant. Her hands-on approach has led her to attend prestigious events such as the Newport Charter Show and the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, where she has expanded her industry knowledge and network. In addition to her work at these major shows, Shana has participated in two FAM trips, providing her with firsthand insight into the yacht charter experience. Her dedication and growing expertise make her a valuable asset in the world of luxury yacht charters.
