The Mangusta 108 1K is a masterpiece of Italian craftsmanship built by Overmarine and designed by Stefano Righini. Launched in 2013 as the final unit in the Mangusta 108 series, the yacht underwent an extensive refit in 2021/2022, transforming her interiors into a luxurious retreat by Sturge Toth.
1K offers accommodation for six guests in three elegantly appointed cabins. The yacht’s interiors feature two main relaxation areas for guests. On the lower deck, a former guest cabin has been converted into a lounge with a fireplace and a large sofa. On the main deck, located aft of the helm station, there is a dining area and a spacious relaxation area equipped with two large symmetrical sofas that open onto the main deck aft, enhancing the sense of space and elegance.
The exterior of 1K is equally impressive: the main deck features a dining area with two large armchairs aft. A spacious sunbathing area is located aft and can be shaded by two umbrellas, while the foredeck boasts a large open platform for sunbathing.
Powered by twin 2,600hp MTU diesel engines, 1K can reach a maximum speed of 32 knots. She is equipped with zero-speed stabilizers, ensuring smooth and comfortable cruising.

Emmanuel has worked on prestigious yachts including M/Y Dytan (73m), M/Y Solo (75m), M/Y Germania Nova (60m), and M/Y Lady Lara (62m), excelling in both private and charter settings.
His culinary expertise spans Mediterranean, French, Italian, Thai, and seafood specialties, with a strong focus on healthy cuisine.
Alongside his chef credentials, he is also a qualified bartender and has international hospitality experience as a restaurant owner, F&B director, and tour leader.
Passionate about travel, culture, and delivering exceptional dining experiences, Emmanuel brings creativity, precision, and a warm team spirit to every galley he leads.

With a strong foundation in high-end hospitality across Europe, Canada, and Australia, she excels in housekeeping, cocktail service, and VIP guest relations. Grace recently gained her first yacht experience as Watchkeeper onboard the 35.2m M/Y King Power, where she demonstrated great attention to detail and responsibility while maintaining the vessel in port.
She holds STCW, ENG1, and Food Safety Level 2 certifications, and is eager to grow her yachting career as a hands-on, proactive team player. Always smiling and adaptable under pressure, Grace brings a positive energy to the crew and a commitment to delivering polished, attentive service to guests onboard 1K.

Bringing over two decades of experience in the yachting industry, our Chief Engineer is a seasoned professional with a passion for cutting-edge propulsion systems and next-generation marine technology. Specializing in MTU engines—including the 2000 and 4000 series—he has served as Chief Engineer on a variety of prestigious yachts such as M/Y Fanamax (34m), M/Y Princess (40m), and M/Y Galatea (Heesen, 40m), as well as following the construction of multiple vessels up to 43m. His deep technical knowledge spans everything from engines, generators, and A/C systems to electronics, tenders, and Crestron smart control systems.
With strong technical communication skills, he’s known for his hands-on expertise, proactive maintenance approach, and team-oriented mindset. Certified with a 750 kW license, AEC 1500kW, STCW, and multiple MTU training qualifications, he ensures the safety, comfort, and smooth operation of all engineering systems onboard 1K.

She recently completed a 12-week Superyacht Crewing Course, gaining practical experience in helming, sail trim, mooring, and maintenance on an 80ft sailing yacht. With a background in high-volume hospitality, she is a strong communicator who understands how to maintain high presentation standards and deliver exceptional service to guests.
Summer holds key maritime qualifications, including STCW, RYA Powerboat Level 2, RYA Personal Watercraft, and a PADI Open Water Diver certificate. Known for her adaptable and easy-going nature, she is fully committed to supporting her crew and ensuring guests have a seamless experience onboard.

A French national holding a Yachtmaster Offshore 200GT (commercially endorsed) and a B1/B2 visa, Romuald has captained prestigious vessels including M/Y Sea Leopard (101’), Akula(Sanlorenzo 86’), and Silvermama (AB 92’), with navigation experience spanning the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and the Bahamas. Highly skilled in jet drive propulsion systems, particularly KAMEWA, he offers precision in both cruising and maneuvering.
His background also includes extensive maintenance and refit coordination, gained through his work with the Rodriguez Group, a dealer for Mangusta and Leopard yachts.
