Johnny grew up in Sydney and started out shaping landscapes instead of coastlines – working on major projects like the 2012 London Olympics and the Gold Coast Botanical Gardens. A ski season overseas introduced him to yachting... and that was that.
Twelve years later, he’s worked on yachts across the Med, Caribbean, and the U.S., and even picked up A Crew’s Best Charter Boat of the Year award in 2018. Now he’s back home, leading the helm of 4A with a steady hand and a good sense of humour.
Johnny’s all about keeping things safe, smooth, and seriously fun. Whether it’s water sports, beach BBQs, or off-the-map exploring, he’s here to make sure every trip is one to remember – for all the right reasons.

Danni hails from Victoria, Australia and brings both polish and personality to life on board. She began her career at an awardwinning winery and fine dining venue, mastering impeccable service and developing a sharp eye for the perfect wine pour.
After refining her skills in luxury resorts, she traded solid ground for the
sea and never looked back.
With fine dining finesse, resort-level organisation, and unmistakable
Aussie charm, Danni runs a tight ship while keeping the vibe relaxed and
fun. She believes the best service is invisible in all the right ways — guests
simply feel looked after, and somehow always want to stay a little longer.

With over 20 years of experience in top restaurants, resorts, and remote luxury locations, Luke has spent his entire career doing what he loves most – creating food that makes people feel something. He’s worked everywhere from iconic Melbourne kitchens to island resorts on the Great Barrier Reef and now brings his seriously impressive skillset (andseriously good flavours) to 4A.
Luke’s the kind of chef who lights up talking about menu ideas, loves surprising guests with creative touches, and somehow makes dietary requirements feel like a delicious adventure rather than a compromise. Whether it’s fresh seafood straight off the line, a five-course tasting menu, or a beach BBQ with a twist, he crafts every dish with thought, creativity, and loads of heart.
If you’re lucky, you might catch him chatting herbs in the galley or geeking out over smoked butter – but most of the time, he’s just making sure every guest leaves the table a little happier than when they satdown.

Originally from Ukraine, Vadym brings years of hands-on engineering experience and a methodical approach to keeping 4A running like a dream. With a background that spans commercial vessels and superyachts up to 55 metres, he’s worked with everything from MTU and Caterpillar engines to high-tech systems like HVAC, HAMANN, and Quantum stabilisers.
Vadym oversees all things mechanical and technical on board – from propulsion and power to hotel services and water toys – making sure everything operates safely, smoothly, and silently behind the scenes. He’s meticulous when it comes to maintenance, fuel efficiency, and safety systems, and he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty when the situation calls for it.
Guests might not always see what Vadym’s up to, but they’ll feel the difference in every detail. As for how it all works? Don’t worry – Vadym understands the technical stuff so you don’t have to.

Born on the beaches of Durban, South Africa, Chris has been in and on the water for as long as he can remember. He spent his teen years chasing waves as a professional surfer, which means he knows the ocean like most people know their backyards – and he has the stories to prove it.
After hanging up the competition jersey, Chris swapped surfboards for superyachts and has since cruised through the Med, Caribbean, Bahamas, and South Pacific. He brings a steady hand and a sharp eye to life on deck, whether he’s launching toys, guiding a dive, or setting the course for your next adventure.
Now First Mate on 4A, Chris is all about smooth sailing, good energy, and making sure guests have just as much fun on the water as he does.
