Héctor García — Captain & Chef, M/Y 4TS
Born in 1995 in Playa de Santiago, a small coastal village in the Canary Islands, Héctor grew up in a family of fishermen — his father and grandfather before him. The sea was never a choice; it was simply home. He picked up his first fishing rod at 12, and by 17 had decided to turn his passion into a career, beginning his training to become an offshore captain.
At 19, he made the move to Ibiza and joined the 45m sailing yacht Aiglon, where he worked his way up from deckhand to officer. When the owner's son purchased M/Y 4TS, Héctor — just 23 at the time — was appointed Captain, a role he has held with quiet authority and dedication ever since. Over the years, he has developed an exceptional knowledge of the Balearic Islands and the Spanish coastline, with a particular mastery of Ibiza and Formentera that few can rival.
Beyond the helm, Héctor brings something truly special to life on board — he is also the chef. His cooking reflects his roots: fresh fish, beautiful seafood, Mediterranean and Balearic flavours prepared with the instinct of someone who has fished these waters his whole life. A bluefin tuna specialist, he often brings the catch of the day straight to the table.
A natural leader, Héctor places great importance on crew cohesion and training, ensuring every guest experiences something seamless, safe, and genuinely memorable. He speaks English fluently and is entirely at ease with an international clientele.
When not at sea, you will find him with his family — or out on his own boat, fishing.

Javier Calleja — Crew & Chef, M/Y 4TS
Born in Valladolid, in the heart of Spain, Javier grew up far from the sea — yet the ocean found him. At 16, he moved to Ibiza, and it was there, sailing with friends, that everything changed. What began as a passion quickly became a vocation.
He started his professional career as a deckhand, spending a decade working for an English lord before moving into the world of charter sailing yachts, where he built a wealth of experience over the years. Six years ago, he crossed paths with Héctor, and the two have been working together ever since — a team built on trust, complementary skills, and a shared commitment to excellence on board.
In the galley, Javier is in his element. His cooking is deeply rooted in Spanish tradition — tortilla de patatas, slow-cooked stews, and legendary BBQ roasts that guests look forward to from the moment they step on board. Honest, generous, soul-warming food, made with the kind of care that only comes with experience and genuine love for the craft.
Together, Héctor and Javier bring something rare to M/Y 4TS — two people who not only know their boat and these waters inside out, but who genuinely love what they do and take pride in making every charter an experience guests will never forget.
Javier speaks Spanish and has a solid working knowledge of English, ensuring smooth communication with guests from all over the world.

Alba — Crew, M/Y 4TS
Born in 2005 in Tenerife, Alba grew up with the sea woven into the very fabric of her life. Her father spent many years working at sea — first on a fishing boat in El Hierro, then as crew on a fast ferry — and some of her earliest and most cherished memories are of family days spent out on their small boat, fishing, swimming, and drifting quietly at anchor. For Alba, the ocean was never just a backdrop. It was home.
Those childhood experiences left a deep impression. Watching her father and his colleagues at work, observing manoeuvres from the bridge of the ferry, absorbing the rhythms and responsibilities of life on the water from a very young age — all of this shaped a young woman who knew, long before most people find their path, exactly where she belonged.
Today, Alba is completing her professional navigation studies, turning a lifelong passion into a fully-fledged career. She has already gained meaningful hands-on experience working on a whale-watching catamaran, where she developed her seamanship, her confidence on the water, and her instinct for guest experience. Joining the team on M/Y 4TS for the 2025 season was a natural next step — and she has embraced every moment of it with the kind of enthusiasm and dedication that makes her a genuine asset on board.
At just 19, Alba brings something that cannot be taught and cannot be faked — a deep, authentic love for the sea, an unshakeable eagerness to learn, and a warmth and energy that guests and crew alike immediately feel. She is at the very beginning of what promises to be a long and beautiful maritime career, and it shows in everything she does.
Alba speaks Spanish and English fluently, ensuring smooth and natural communication with guests and crew from all corners of the world.
