He has served aboard prestigious luxury motor yachts up to 57 meters, primarily operating throughout the Mediterranean. Known for his reliability, hands-on problem-solving, and extensive knowledge of yacht systems and maintenance, Andrea will ensure the highest standards of safety, performance, and efficiency aboard ACQUA CHIARA.

She is confident handling guest interactions, service standards, and onboard hospitality operations while maintaining a positive and calm attitude under pressure. Michele is energetic and reliable Deckhand with solid experience on both private and commercial yachts up to 120ft, bringing a hands-on approach to all exterior operations. Confident in tender driving, jet ski operations, and watersports, with a strong focus on guest safety and enjoyment.
Michele has proven experience managing deck duties including mooring, anchoring, washdowns, detailing, and bridge watchkeeping, always working closely with the captain. He is eager to start his new position aboard ACQUA CHIARA.
