Originally from the close-knit coastal community of Manasquan, New Jersey, Hayden was drawn to yachting shortly after relocating to Florida through strong family ties to the industry. With a background in hospitality, including serving at a popular Jersey Shore seafood restaurant, she brings excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to the team. As the daughter of a professional sport fisherman, Hayden has a lifelong connection to the water and is equally comfortable assisting with guest service, running tenders, or managing toys onboard. Energetic and versatile, she thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking on a variety of roles. Outside of yachting, Hayden enjoys fitness, fishing, looking after her two labs, Maverick and Atlas, and spending time with her identical twin sister.

Eliza was born in Boulder, Colorado, growing up by the mountains. She spent the summers backpacking but always knew she was destined for the shore. At 18 she moved to Santa Barbara, where she discovered the world of private aviation. After three years she joined her first yacht on a whim while in Bermuda for the America’s Cup in 2017. By 2018, she made the official leap to Florida to begin her yachting career. Travelling throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean, Eliza hasn’t met a beach she didn't love. She is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and takes pride in ensuring everyone onboard feels welcomed and well cared for. She particularly enjoys contributing to fun theme nights and crafting specialised cocktails. When ashore, Eliza enjoys spending time with family and friends, often at the beach or pool, and unwinds with pilates on her days off.

Woody began his yachting career full-time in 2014, though his connection to the maritime world runs much deeper, having grown up around shipyards through his parents’ involvement in the industry. This early exposure gave him a natural understanding of life at sea and ultimately shaped his decision to pursue it as a career. After graduating from the University of Florida, he chose to follow in his family’s footsteps and commit fully to the yachting industry, combining a passion for travel with a strong appreciation for hands-on work and life on the water. When not away on charter, Woody enjoys spending time at home and staying active, particularly by playing golf with friends, valuing both the sport and the camaraderie it brings.
