Mario was born and educated in Zagreb, Croatia. He actually studied graphic design but a few years ago applied to the local version of 'Master Chef" and found himself in the finals. He then progressed through various international restaurants, villas, and catering services. He prefers a traditional modified kitchen with fresh ingredients and healthy desserts. As a creative and cooperative individual, he looks forward to new challenges and fulfilling your wishes and has excellent guest feedback for his tasty dishes.
Beside cooking, his great passion is art, he runs an art studio. He practices a healthy lifestyle and is open to guest suggestions to improve his cuisine.

Jadran is a responsible and reliable individual who values routine and precision. He is always ready to take action in difficult situations and has the ability to solve problems calmly. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on fulfilling guests' needs, he is adept at providing excellent customer service. Additionally, he is a sociable person who gets along well with both crew members and guests. Having worked in the charter business for 15 years, he is open to taking onboard new knowledge and skills to continue to improve his performance. He attended nautical school, has a Yacht Master licence to 100GT, and has previously served on half a dozen luxury yachts in the Adriatic.

With a wealth of experience in hospitality, tourism, and design, she has earned a reputation for providing exceptional service. By combining her strong hospitality background with a love for yachting and design, Martina brings a unique skill set that elevates every guest experience.

Nikša Gjurašić was born and raised in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
His home was next to a marina, most of his time he would spend around boats, later in sailing and rowing club as active member.
After maritime school he started to sail as apprentice officer on merchant ships and later, on yachts. In 30 years of sailing experience he become Master of the ship up to 3000GT by STCW convention. He has sailed over 250,000NM and is a hugely respected captain in the Croatian nautical industry. He has served on Adriatic Dragon for almost five years - a gauge of his enduring excellence and quality aboard. Captain Niksa and his crew look forward to welcoming you onboard.
