Heather has a real passion for travel and has made it her goal to experience as may places as possible. During her Univeristy studies, Heather worked in hospitality and upon graduation moved into the yachting industry. Her career in yachting spans 10 years. She is a talented Chief Stewardess and ensures her guests have the most magical time. When not onboard, or packing her backpack for a new advenure, Heather enjoys practising yoga, going hiking and relaxing with good friends and food.

Growing up, he spent his free time playing rugby, rowing, and enjoying various water sports around Poole Harbour. After studying Computer Science at university, he quickly realized that a desk job wasn’t for him and traded the office life for a career on the water. Rodrigo grew up close to the beach, spending much of his time in and on the water. He participated in many sailing competitions in his formative years, where he caught the sailing bug. Bruno is a highly consciencious individual who loves to look after and take care of others. In his spare time, Rodrigo enjoys cooking, keeping active and watching movies.

Alex grew up in the southern Ukrainian “Palmira” — the city of Odesa. It is a city of sailors and everyone connected with the sea.
He began his career in the commercial fleet while also working part-time as a waiter in restaurants during his studies at the maritime academy. Alex holds two higher maritime degrees, reflecting his strong professional dedication to the maritime field.
He enjoys sports and calisthenics, loves cycling, and previously practiced extreme sports. He loves traveling, the sea, and the mountains. He has circled the globe twice.
Alex is very friendly, always ready to help colleagues, listen to people, and have a heartfelt conversation. He enjoys listening to different kinds of music and reading books.

Growing up in Brazil, Rafaela developed a deep connection with the ocean and a love for nature. Eager to explore the world, she discovered a natural passion for hospitality, combining her love of travel with creating memorable guest experiences. Known for her bubbly and positive personality, she is naturally caring and attentive, always ensuring both guests and crew feel welcomed and well looked after onboard. With a strong appreciation for art and photography, Rafaela enjoys bringing creativity into her work to create a refined and inviting atmosphere. A supportive team player, she values collaboration and being part of a strong crew dynamic. In her free time, she enjoys pilates, scuba diving, exploring new places and discovering new cuisines in good company.

I’m a passionate and dedicated chef who truly enjoys life at sea and the creativity that comes with cooking on board. I take great pride in preparing fresh, flavourful dishes and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Travelling is a big inspiration for my cooking, as I love discovering new cuisines, local ingredients, and culinary traditions from around the world.
In my free time, I enjoy fishing, cycling, and sailing, which naturally connect with my love for the ocean and an active lifestyle. I’m easygoing, hardworking, and enjoy being part of a positive team environment while always aiming to deliver a high standard of service for guests on board.

Captain Christophe is a true Anglo-French, having attended boarding school in England as a child and having spent his teenage years in the South of France. Christophe started his adventure in yachting, working as a sailing instructor in Club Med. He then worked as a delivery captain on sailing yachts, making the Atlantic crossing many times whilst also working as a Charter captain in the Caribbean. Christophe has an extensive career in motor yachts and is an exceptional Captain, who enjoys sailing, kite surfing, scuba diving and canooing. When not onboard, Christophe lives with his wife of 25 years and son in the South of France.
