Joseph is a combination of relaxed, energetic and enthusiastic person, since a very young age his eyes turn toward the sea. Navigating with his parents helped him to develop skills and seamanship and his nautical study in France, Gibraltar and England gave him the knowledge enabling him to run ships professionally and safely.
 
His passion of dedication to service and to the wellbeing of his guest will let you want to stay on board for longer, there is no short cut to achieve guest expectation. With Joseph, the crew will work in a stimulating, positive and energetic atmosphere to unsure expectation is meet the safest way.
 
Joseph has both experience in charter and private and understand the expectation and needs of both.
He is working with same owners since 2021, on Sunseeker 82 Predator and follow them on their new boat Sunseeker 84 Predator and is onboard since January 2024
With excellent knowledge of Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily , Italy and south of France Joseph will share his favorite spot with you and explore some more.

Calm under pressure and meticulous in her organization, she is known for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the galley. She is fluent in English, a non-smoker, holds a Schengen visa, and has no visible tattoos—maintaining a polished and discreet presence on board.

Holder of an STCW Basic Safety Training certificate and Open Water Diver (PADI), Alice is fully prepared for life at sea. Her previous roles have honed her sense of discretion, precision, and efficiency—skills essential for maintaining impeccable standards aboard luxury yachts. With a proven ability to multitask, lead teams, and anticipate guest needs, she ensures a warm, organized, and seamless onboard experience.
