Ante comes from Ist, a small Croatian island near Zadar. He has built extensive experience on both merchant vessels and yachts, bringing a strong maritime background to every command.
His yachting career began after five years at the Faculty of Maritime Studies, where he earned his Master Mariner Unlimited Certificate. Ante joined AILY five years ago as Chief Officer and stepped up to the role of Captain last year.
Professional, curious, and always eager to grow, Ante uses every opportunity to broaden his knowledge - whether in seamanship, technology, art, history, science, music, or film.

Confident, vibrant, and hardworking, Marina has been part of the yachting industry since 2014, bringing valuable experience from both luxury hotels and high-end yachts. She has been onboard AILY since late 2021, and her background has given her a strong foundation in refined guest service, elegant table settings, flower arrangements, and detailed knowledge of cocktails, wine, and food presentation.
With her warm personality, positive attitude, and natural attention to detail, Marina creates a welcoming and seamless atmosphere onboard. Calm under pressure and highly attentive to guests’ needs, she takes pride in ensuring every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and able to fully enjoy an exceptional experience.
Outside of work, Marina loves travelling, meeting new people, and embracing new adventures, which perfectly reflects her open-minded and energetic approach to life at sea.

Mateo comes from the beautiful coastal city of Zadar, Croatia, where life by the sea naturally shaped his passion for the maritime world. He began his maritime career as an Engine Cadet and has since gained over five years of experience in the marine industry. Mateo holds a degree in Marine Engineering and further distinguished himself academically when his final thesis was published in an international journal focused on marine navigation.
Known for his energetic personality and approachable nature, Mateo enjoys sharing his knowledge with guests and is always happy to chat or offer a tour of the engine room. His mechanical aptitude, engineering expertise, and attention to detail help ensure that all yacht systems, equipment, tenders, and water toys operate smoothly and reliably.

Born and raised in Zadar, Croatia, Mateo developed a strong passion for boats, engineering, and life on the water from an early age. With four years of yachting and maritime experience, he now works as Second Engineer while also actively supporting deck operations.
A graduate of Maritime High School as a Marine Engineer, Mateo has built solid technical and practical skills through both engineering and deck work. He enjoys working hands-on with engines, machinery, and vessel systems, helping ensure everything is maintained to the highest standard. Alongside his engineering duties, he is confident in deck operations, teamwork, and guest interaction, bringing a reliable, adaptable, and positive attitude to the crew.
Hardworking and motivated, Mateo is always eager to keep learning and progressing within the yachting industry. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness training, nature, motors, cars, and all things connected to maritime life and mechanical engineering.

Valentina is an adaptable, positive, and naturally engaging individual with a background in entertainment, event coordination, and childcare, allowing her to connect easily with guests of all ages. Recently graduated in Sustainable Tourism Development, she brings a thoughtful approach to hospitality, along with a genuine passion for travel, theatre, and classic Hollywood cinema.
Warm, open-minded, and full of positive energy, Valentina embraces new experiences with enthusiasm and curiosity. Inspired by the philosophy that “man is not a tree,” she values personal growth, new beginnings, and the freedom that comes from discovering different places, cultures, and ways of life.

Zoran comes from Croatia and brings over a decade of culinary experience gained in high-end restaurants and aboard luxury yachts throughout Europe and the Mediterranean. His cuisine is rooted in Mediterranean, Italian, and French traditions, enriched by a modern, creative approach and a strong focus on fresh ingredients, refined presentation, and beautifully balanced flavors.
Having worked as both Sous Chef and Head Chef on yachts ranging from 27m to 107m, Zoran is highly experienced in galley management, team leadership, and delivering tailor-made dining experiences for discerning guests. He joined AILY in 2023, bringing with him a calm, organized, and precise approach to the galley, where creativity and discipline come together in every detail — from menu planning to final plating. Raised in a family with a strong sailing tradition, Ivan’s passion for the sea began at an early age. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience aboard a variety of sailing and motor yachts, developing excellent vessel-handling skills and a strong guest-focused approach. Currently completing his Law degree, Ivan combines academic ambition with a professional maritime career. As a multiple-time national Judo Champion, he has cultivated the discipline and dedication that define his work both on and off the water. In his role as a Tender Captain, he enjoys delivering seamless guest experiences and ensuring every transfer is conducted with the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Stipe has spent the past five years working as an officer on luxury yachts, building strong experience in the yachting industry and continuing to develop his lifelong passion for the sea. Professional, motivated, and always eager to improve, he brings a reliable and dedicated approach to his role onboard.
An active and adventurous person, Stipe enjoys hiking, exploring new destinations, and practising kickboxing in his free time. He also believes in continuous personal growth and is currently honing his skills on the guitar.

Growing up along the beautiful Adriatic coast in Split, Croatia, Nevena has always had a natural connection to the sea. With a strong background in high-end hospitality, she entered the yachting industry in 2022 and quickly fell in love with the dynamic lifestyle onboard.
Enthusiastic, meticulous, and highly detail-oriented, Nevena takes great pride in delivering attentive service and creating a seamless, luxurious experience for every guest. Her warm approach, professionalism, and eye for detail make her a valuable part of the interior team.
In her spare time, Nevena channels her creativity through art, poetry, and reading, and she will soon publish her first book. She also loves discovering new cultures - passions that reflect her curious, thoughtful, and open-minded personality.

Gianni has deep roots in the maritime world. Raised along the coasts of Dalmatia and the Kvarner archipelago, he developed a lifelong connection to the sea from an early age. A former semi-professional rower, he began working as a skipper at 18, building extensive experience on the water while refining a service style centred on professionalism, smooth operations, and an exceptional guest experience.
Easy-going yet highly dedicated, Gianni brings a “you get what you give” approach to both his work and everyday life. His passion for adventure extends beyond yachting into all kinds of sports, and he is rarely without a camera nearby to capture the journey.
