Born and raised in the American West, Mackenzie has always been drawn to adventure—skiing the winter and wakeboarding in the summer. After years among mountains and freshwater, she traded them for beaches and turquoise waters.
Her creative passion lies in hospitality: crafting unique experiences that delight guests of all ages. She began her career on land as a personal household assistant, but the need for a new challenge soon led her aboard yachts. Four memorable years spent between Mexico and New Zealand made her fall in love with the South Pacific.
“There’s nothing that fuels me more than watching people discover the beauty of the Pacific,” she says. “It inspires me to bring my best every day.”

Born and raised in the beautiful Cook Islands, on a small island called Rarotonga. Metua joined the construction industry straight out of high school in Auckland, New Zealand. He became a qualified builder and has been a builder for over 10 years. Moving back home to Rarotonga after being in the construction industry, he quickly fell in love with not just the ocean itself but how their way of life in the Cook Island surrounds it. The way they harvest food and sail across the big seas. And so this also became his way of life. Metua joined traditional sailing and navigation and has experience in sailing across the Pacific Ocean from the big south pacific to crossing into the northern hemisphere. Putting the tools down and picking up the mask and snorkels for tourism he was always enthusiastic and passionate about showing people their beautiful reef. Harvesting food from the ocean every single week.
Diving, spearfishing and big game fishing. You could not get him away from the
waters. This has led him to the yachting industry. He wishes to embark on bigger adventures and write a new chapter for himself. A very hands-on person and always willing to learn new things every day. Eager to work hard to move up the ranks and thrive in his yachting career.
