Captain Andrej has more than 15 years of experience on both motor and sailing yachts. He is well-versed in all aspects, from technical operations like engineering and maintenance to delivering top-tier guest service. He is experienced in different sailing areas around the world, as well as in yacht delivery. With his vast knowledge he is a great leader, but also a team player. Apart from all of his technical experiences which are definitely important, he is also great at communication, making him a strong anchor for the whole crew. Andrej has a long charter experience working under MYBA industry standards and is well-regarded for his VIP guest service, providing a seamless yachting experience.

When he is not on board, he likes to spend time with his family and playing tennis.

Ante has a long history in the yachting industry, bringing him a range of expertise from having worked on both private and charter yachts. He excels in navigation, smooth transfers, and meticulous ship maintenance and is known for his dedication to excellence and deep understanding of marine operations. He makes sure that all engineering projects are under control, so that the boat runs safely and the guests are having an excellent time. Ante is great at team work and communication and is a valuable asset ready to ensure the yacht’s optimal performance throughout the charters.

Josip is a versatile and dedicated professional, with experience ranging from security officer and deckhand to skipper and boat transfers. Fluent in Croatian and English, with some knowledge of Spanish, he communicates effectively with diverse teams and clients. His long term experiences and skills in different areas, combined with his adaptability and determination, make him a valuable asset to his team and a great deckhand. Josip is dedicated to being the best support to his crew as well as assuring safe and pleasant travels for the guests.

Known for his attention to detail, Josip is also knowledgeable about food intolerances, including vegan, vegetarian, and kosher diets. Outside of work, his passion for cooking, chess, and bowling reflects his creative and strategic mindset. Involved in social and political activities, Josip is adventurous, calm under pressure, and brings a friendly, approachable presence to everything he does.

Karla is an enthusiastic and highly motivated yacht chef with several seasons of experience aboard catamarans and motor yachts. Holding a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb, she combines strong academic knowledge with refined culinary expertise in bakery and pastries. Passionate about fine dining and the sea, Karla creates beautifully balanced menus tailored to each guest’s preferences, delivering elegant multi-course experiences with creativity and precision. As a highly organized, detail-oriented team player, she brings a calm, professional presence to the galley while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, provisioning, and service.
As a certified sommelier, Karla thoughtfully pairs wines with each course, creating harmonious food and wine combinations that enhance the overall dining experience.

In her free time, she continues to nurture her passion for food and fine dining. She enjoys staying active through sports and outdoor activities, and her love for the sea naturally extends beyond her professional life.
