Josep is an experienced First Officer with a strong background in both motor and sailing yachts across the Mediterranean. Currently progressing toward his OOW 3000 certification, he brings extensive hands-on expertise in navigation, manoeuvring, deck operations, guest watersports, and yacht maintenance. Before entering yachting, Josep spent seven years working in IT systems and networks, giving him advanced knowledge of onboard electronics, communications, and technical systems. A qualified Yachtmaster Ocean and RYA PWC Instructor, he is equally at home leading deck operations or enhancing the guest experience with Seabobs, e-foils, and other water toys. Passionate about videography and drone filming, Josep enjoys capturing unforgettable moments while sharing his love of the sea with guests.

Now entering her third season on board MY ALBERRY (previously MY Mac One), Roksana brings over five years of experience on busy charter yachts. Her energy, creativity, and attention to detail ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

She has a natural talent for elevating every moment on board. From elegant, beautifully styled table settings to imaginative themed events and celebrations. Whether organizing a sophisticated anniversary dinner under the stars or a lively birthday party, she approaches each occasion with passion, precision, and flair. With a background in bioengineering, she combines a structured, highly organized approach with creativity, ensuring the highest level of service is consistently delivered.

Roksana’s favorite experience was organizing a Polish theme night, cooking with the guests and dancing to traditional folk music. A joyful celebration that perfectly captures her passion for creating unforgettable onboard memories.

Brad is a passionate Welsh chef with extensive experience in private hospitality and fine dining. He trained and worked in Michelin-starred kitchens, including Hide in London and the Michelin Guide restaurant The Silver Cup in Harpenden, where he honed precision, creativity, and consistency in his cooking.

Over the past three winters, he has worked in luxury ski chalets, most recently at Chalet Machapuchare, named France’s Best Ski Chalet in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Before transitioning to yachting, he spent three years cooking in private residences, designing menus tailored to individual tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements.

Joining ALBERRY represents his most exciting adventure to date, and he is eager to bring his creativity, energy, and refined culinary skills onboard. Outside the galley, he enjoys long-distance running, following Formula 1, and spending time with his family dogs.

With more than 35 years in yachting and over three decades as Captain, Richard brings a wealth of experience commanding both private and charter motor yachts up to 120ft throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean. A Master 500 Unlimited, he is highly respected for his calm leadership, technical expertise, and ability to oversee complex refits, new-build deliveries, and major engineering projects. His extensive cruising knowledge spans France, Italy, Corsica, Sardinia, Croatia, Greece, Turkey, and the Caribbean, including a transatlantic crossing. Before guests even step aboard, Richard's meticulous attention to detail ensures every aspect of the yacht is operating to the highest standard, creating a seamless, safe, and memorable charter experience.

Belle is a British stewardess with a strong passion for luxury hospitality and delivering thoughtful, personalized service. Over the past three winters, she has worked in luxury ski chalets, most recently at Chalet Machapuchare, named France’s Best Ski Chalet in 2023, 2024, and 2025, alongside Brad where she developed a meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to guest care.

Fluent in English and currently learning Spanish, she loves to travel and immerse herself in different cultures. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, long-distance running, and reading a thrilling novel.

She is truly eager to contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for every guest onboard.

Ryan is a highly skilled and hands-on Engineer with a strong technical foundation in marine and industrial systems. Educated in South Africa, he brings extensive experience from both commercial and yachting sectors, including over five years with Sea Shepherd vessels and recent roles on M/Y Cyra and M/Y The Lady K. Before yachting, Ryan gained valuable experience managing a family business, developing strong leadership and problem-solving skills. He holds AEC 1 & 2, STCW, and RYA Powerboat Level 2. Passionate about adventure, he enjoys hiking, fishing, and off-road sports. Antarctica stands out as his most unforgettable destination, while leading complex refits remains a career highlight.
