Carmine is a young mariner from Piano di Sorrento whose connection to the sea runs deep, shaped by a nautical diploma, years of hands-on work in the Gulf of Naples and Salerno, and the kind of practical curiosity that makes him genuinely useful both on deck and beyond it. Since earning his nautical licence in 2022, he has spent three seasons as Skipper with charter operators in the area, building real confidence in vessel handling, mooring, guest management and day-to-day operations on the water.
Straightforward, adaptable and quick to learn, Carmine also brings basic mechanics knowledge and a natural ease with guests, honed during four years of hospitality work at Hotel Montemare in Positano. He is exactly the kind of deckhand who quietly gets things done without needing to be asked twice.

Andrea is a captain whose relationship with the sea stretches back more than three decades, from his first postings as a sailor and motorist on private yachts in the early 1990s through to his current command. Based in Agropoli, he has spent the majority of his career at the helm of private and charter motor yachts across the Mediterranean, with highlights including command of the Canados 80 Blue Star across multiple seasons, a charter season aboard a 92-foot catamaran in the Atlantic and Caribbean, and most recently the Riva 70 and a current posting with Delfin Sas.
Andrea brings the kind of quiet, authoritative seamanship that guests feel the moment they step aboard. His decades of experience navigating Mediterranean waters make him a reassuring and knowledgeable presence at the helm.
