Originally from the United Kingdom and having spent much of her life in Portugal, Lily brings a
warm, approachable personality and an international outlook to M/Y Alegria. Joining the yacht as
2nd Stewardess, she has over five years of experience in hospitality, where she developed strong
guest service skills and excellent attention to detail.
Hardworking, personable, and eager to learn, Lily enjoys creating a relaxed and welcoming
atmosphere on board. She is naturally supportive within a team environment and always happy to
assist wherever needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and guest comfort.
Inspired by her passion for travel and meeting people from different cultures, Lily recently
transitioned into yachting and is excited to begin her career on board M/Y Alegria. In her free time,
she enjoys staying active, exploring new destinations, and spending time by the sea.
With a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, Lily looks forward to helping
deliver an enjoyable and memorable experience for guests throughout their time on board.

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Vanessa has a strong background in hospitality, holding a degree in Hotel Management and a postgraduate qualification in Sustainable Tourism.
She began her career in leading hotels across Brazil, including the InterContinental in Rio de Janeiro, before moving to Panama City in 2008 to start her yachting career.
Vanessa is known for her warm personality, positive attitude, and attention to detail, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere on board. Fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French, she ensures smooth communication with an international clientele.
Vanessa is pleased to return for her second season on board M/Y Alegria and looks forward to delivering another high standard of service.

With roots in Lisbon, Portugal, and a life shaped by the sea, Mariana has a strong connection to the ocean and a natural sense of hospitality. She began her career as a flight attendant, gaining five years of experience in high-level guest service and safety. Three years ago, she transitioned into yachting, working as a solo chef and stewardess on yachts operating in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Mariana is a trained chef, having studied at a Portuguese culinary school and the Ashburton Cookery School. She also gained valuable experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Lisbon, bringing a refined and professional approach to her cuisine. She takes pride in creating
fresh, well-balanced meals tailored to guest preferences, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience on board.

Captain Xavier operates in a demanding environment where precision, reliability, and a strong sense of service are essential. His approach is guided by simple principles: respect, tolerance, and common sense. Based on the French Riviera for nearly 20 years, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of the region and takes great pleasure in showing guests the most beautiful anchorages across the Mediterranean. Through his experience on yachts of various sizes, he has built a solid and structured approach to both operations and crew management, with a clear objective: ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience on board. Discreet yet attentive, Captain Xavier focuses on anticipating guests’ needs and creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, so that every moment on board feels effortless.

Milton is an experienced, reliable, and approachable deckhand with over 12 years in the luxury yachting industry across the Mediterranean.
Confident in all deck operations, including water sports and guest activities, he ensures a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience on the water. Calm and attentive, Milton integrates easily within a team and builds a natural rapport with guests.
He is known for his professionalism, positive attitude, and consistency in service. Milton values returning season after season to the same vessel, reflecting his appreciation for both onboard atmosphere and strong management.
Outside of work, Milton enjoys travel, nature, and staying active. He is always happy to assist with water activities and enjoys singing, bringing a relaxed and positive energy on board.
