Tania was born in Aitutaki, Cook Islands, where she was raised around the Tourism and Service Industry, where her family ran a hotel restaurant. After Tania’s education, Tania managed her family’s business before she joined the yachting industry in 2019 so she could see more of the world while sharing her service industry expertise. Tania is passionate about her career in Hospitality making and enjoys sharing this love with her fellow crew. Tania is bubbly, fun, and brings a positive attitude everywhere she goes. Tania leads the interior team with determination, organization, and a zest for life that is contagious to all charter guests!

Kyle was born in Durban, South Africa and at a young age moved with his family to Malawi where he attended boarding school. Kyle graduated from Maritzburg College and following his education worked as a bartender where he mastered the art of craft cocktails. In 2017,Kyle joined the luxury yachting industry to broaden his horizons and see more of the globe. Kyle is humble, perpetually positive and always willing to jump in and lend a helping hand. Kyle loves the family atmosphere among the crew on board ALESSANDRA III and looks forward to welcoming charter guests on board!

Mickey grew up, along with his two sisters, in South Africa where he excelled at various sports including cross country running and body building. After his education, Mickey was signed up with a modelling agency where he did runway shows, designer clothes shoots, billboards, commercials and advertisements. During his modelling career, Mickey learned how to be comfortable outside of his comfort zone and better people skills. Mickey joined the yachting industry in late 2022 as he was looking for a career change to set up for his future. Mickey loves to keep himself busy and on a boat, the tasks are never ending, Mickey is well suited for ALESSANDRA III’s deck team. Mickey brings endless energy and enjoys meeting charter guests from across the globe and learning from each individual experience.

Kristin hails from a small coastal town called Chinsta East in South Africa with her seven siblings. Her large (and loving) family lived on a safari park for the first decade of her life, then moved closer to the coast, which was a big tourist destination. Following her schooling, Kristin worked as an Au Pair for 2 years and greatly enjoyed spending time with the children and watching them grow. Kristin joined the yachting industry in 2022, as her true passion is hospitality, meeting new people, and exploring the globe. Kristin loves to keep busy and welcomes any new challenge that comes her way. One of her strengths is to approach new projects from a creative outlook, so she can add her own fun touches to the finished product. Kristin shares her upbeat attitude with everyone around her and thrives while making charter guests happy!

Chef Steve hails from New Zealand where he spent his childhood in Wellington and Auckland. Because of his father’s job, Steve was able to travel the globe from a young age and his family even spent some time living in Los Angeles. Steve attended Rangioto College where he graduated in 1987 and then moved onto his Chef Training at the Auckland Technical Institute where he obtained his degree in 1990. Steve travelled to London and Germany to work in kitchens a further his expertise before returning to New Zealand where he was Head Chef for various luxury lodges for a decade. In 2000, drawn to travel more extensively, Steve joined the yachting industry where he could flex his culinary prowess along with his extensive knowledge in all things hospitality. Steve has found his niche. No cuisine is a challenge for Chef Steve, meeting all challenges head on and exceeding guests expectations, Steve is an expert.

Stuart was born in Leeds, England and grew up in a small town in Yorkshire called Wetherby with his parents and older brother. Stuart attended Manchester Metropolitan University where he studied Coaching and Sport Development. Once he graduated, Stuart worked in various fields including a Bar Manager at a Ski Resort, Chalet Host, Camp Counselor in the USA, Gardener, Waiter and Kitchen Porter, just to name a few! Beyond all, Stuart learned how to be a good team member, leadership skills and excellent organizational skills. In 2016, in an effort to travel the world and meet new people, Stuart joined the yachting industry and has enjoyed every minute of it! Since joining, Stuart has worked his way up the ranks to his current position and has plans to continue his certification. Stuart is levelheaded, easy to get along with and strives to lead his team to succeed. Stuart loves the challenge that chartering provides and finds joy in watching guests make everlasting memories!
