Mariana is an enthusiastic and versatile Deckhand/Stewardess with a strong background in high-end hospitality and a genuine passion for life at sea. With experience both on board and in luxury land-based establishments, she brings a balanced skill set combining exterior maintenance, guest service excellence, and bar expertise.
After completing her first yachting season, Mariana was eager to return to the industry to further develop her skills and expand her onboard experience. She has worked aboard M/Y Solemates (55m), where she assisted with teak cleaning, polishing, detailing, mooring operations, and preparation of the vessel for the Monaco Boat Show. She has also participated in shipyard periods, supporting painting, sanding, and general maintenance works, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic on deck.
On the interior side, Mariana provides attentive guest service including table setup, food and beverage service, housekeeping, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the vessel. Her previous experience as Bar Supervisor and Head Bartender in international hospitality venues in Barcelona and Australia allows her to confidently manage cocktail preparation, bar organization, inventory control, and high-paced service with professionalism and efficiency.
Multilingual and culturally adaptable, Mariana speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese fluently, enabling her to connect easily with international guests and crew. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor (YTT200) and Open Water Diver (SSI), bringing additional value to the onboard guest experience, particularly for wellness-oriented or active charters.
Certified with STCW Basic Safety Training and holding a valid ENG1 Medical Certificate, Mariana combines strong seamanship fundamentals with a positive attitude, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset. Naturally sociable and solution-driven, she thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to ensuring that both guests and crew enjoy a seamless, memorable experience on board.

Federico Mancini was born and raised on the beautiful island of Sardinia, where his deep connection with the sea naturally led him to pursue a maritime career. Since 2009, he has been working in the yachting industry, starting as a chase boat captain and cruising extensively throughout Sardinia, Corsica, and the French Riviera during the summer season, and navigating the waters of the Bahamas, Florida, and the Caribbean during the winter months.
Over the years, Federico has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, earning a reputation as a reliable and highly organized deck team leader. His hands-on leadership style and commitment to excellence ensure that every aspect of the yacht’s operation meets the highest standards of safety, service, and presentation.
Now - since 2023 - as Captain of Alexander M, Federico is proud to be on board full-time, overseeing the yacht's year-round operations and ensuring consistent top-tier service for both owners and guests.
His extensive knowledge of Mediterranean and Caribbean cruising grounds, combined with his calm demeanor and strong work ethic, make him an invaluable asset to the team.
Federico speaks Italian (mother tongue), fluent English, and basic Spanish.
Throughout his career, he has worked on a range of prestigious yachts, including: Nana II (45m Mangusta), La Luna (54m Perini), Rebeca (42m Benetti), Exodus (40m Sunseeker), Race (50m Riva), Just Js (61m Hakvoort), and Saint Nicolas (70m Lürssen).

Tommaso is a talented and highly driven Chef with solid experience in fine-dining, Michelin-starred, and high-volume kitchens across Italy and the United States. With a strong foundation in classical Italian cuisine and an international culinary perspective, he brings precision, creativity, and consistency to every service.
His career began in the Michelin-starred restaurant La Pineta in Livorno, where he refined his technical skills in tasting menu execution, raw seafood preparation, and dessert production. This formative experience shaped his attention to detail and deep respect for premium ingredients.
Tommaso later progressed from Commis to Sous Chef at Il Posto in Bologna, where he took on increasing responsibility in supplier coordination, fresh fish processing, handmade pasta production, and menu development. His leadership skills continued to grow when he became Chef de Cuisine at Tombolo in Tuscany, managing daily operations for a busy seaside restaurant serving up to 120 guests per day, with a focus on fresh, seasonal seafood and dynamic daily menus based on local catch availability.
His international experience in the United States further strengthened his adaptability and efficiency in structured, high-end environments. Working as Line Cook and Chef de Partie in prestigious country clubs in Florida and Chicago, Tommaso contributed to fine-dining operations, live showcooking events, dessert presentation, grill and cold appetizer stations, while maintaining strict food safety standards (HACCP/ServSafe).
Tommaso specializes in: Fresh seafood cuisine, handmade pasta and dough production, cold appetizers and refined plating, seasonal menu engineering, high-volume service coordination.
Fluent in Italian and English, he thrives in multicultural brigades and fast-paced environments.
