Before yachting, she trained as a pastry chef and worked in busy kitchens back in South Africa. Kiahra is a friendly, enthusiastic stewardess with a genuine love for creating memorable experiences at sea. She has worked onboard M/Y IDOL (60m), M/Y HURRICAN RUN (55m) and M/Y ALAIYA (112m), where she has gained strong experience in both service and housekeeping, and confidently stepped into leadership roles when needed.
Kiahra is hands-on, dependable, and always happy to help – whether it’s setting a beautiful table, arranging flowers, managing crew provisioning, or welcoming guests with warmth and attention to detail. She thrives in a team environment, stays calm under pressure, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything she does.

With a diverse career spanning various global roles, she found her true calling in the yachting industry while working in Fiji. Since then she has worked on yachts like M/Y REVELRY (55m), M/Y KAMALAYA (55m), M/Y INCEPTION (50m), and M/Y HIGHLANDER (50m).
Rochelle's love for people, the ocean, and an active lifestyle guided her to the deck department, where she thrives in creating unforgettable experiences for guests. She is one of the most well-travelled crew members onboard, and fiercely proud to be part of the crew that has relaunched the iconic M/Y ALFA NERO to the charter market.

Teo began his yachting career in 2018 and has gained invaluable experience on several prestigious yachts thus far including M/Y MERCURY (50m), S/Y BURRASCA (56m), M/Y DRAGON (80m), M/Y UM ALHOUL (72m), and M/Y SALUZI (69m). Teo is honoured to add the iconic M/Y ALFA NERO to that list and leads the deck department onboard as the Chief Officer.
With his strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities, Teo is dedicated to ensuring guests enjoy their time onboard M/Y ALFA NERO. He believes that the yacht's timeless design, impressive strength, and iconic main deck pool area provide a unique and unforgettable charter experience.

Tony's career reflects his commitment to excellence, having Captained superyachts including M/Y BLUE MOON (60m), M/Y CALLIOPE (45m), M/Y BG CHARADE (47m), and M/Y AMARA (57m) across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, east Pacific, and beyond. His extensive experience includes new build and refit management, strategic navigation in complex waters, and a flawless safety and business management record.

Whether on land or at sea, his calm leadership and genuine passion for food shine through in every dish.
Having trained under legends like Christian Lohse and Ferran Adrià, Alex brings a creative, thoughtful approach to his cuisine - blending classical French, Mediterranean, Japanese, and modern techniques. He’s confident designing bespoke menus for any dietary need, from gluten-free and vegan to wellness-focused and anti-inflammatory. For Alex, great food is about flavour, balance, and storytelling — always rooted in fresh, seasonal ingredients.
He’s also led prestigious events for Bugatti, Audi, the Oscars in Hollywood, and the Olympic Games, and has even designed kitchens for some of the world’s most exclusive homes in St. Moritz, London, Sardinia, and the Côte d’Azur.

Ashleigh, better known as “Ash”, is a stewardess, DJ, and bartender onboard M/Y ALFA NERO. Born in Australia with Polish roots, Ash is a true all-rounder bringing her skills in bartending, barista work, DJing, and photography to the crew. She previously worked on yachts M/Y KARIMZA (48m) and M/Y CLEOPATRA (58m) cruising the beautiful Adriatic Sea, and since joining M/Y ALFA NERO has quickly become a favourite among guests.
Ash’s passion for creating unforgettable moments is clear, whether she’s mixing up signature cocktails or bringing the party to life with her DJ sets - she even won the crew DJ competition at the 2024 Antigua Charter Yacht Show!
