Having worked extensively in the Greek islands, Dmitriy combines excellent local cruising knowledge with a proactive, hardworking attitude and a genuine passion for the sea. His hands-on approach, adaptability, and strong seamanship make him a valuable asset onboard ALFA.

Lefteris is a skilled and motivated Captain aboard M/Y ALFA, bringing together strong technical knowledge, hands-on maritime experience, and a genuine passion for the sea. He is a graduate of a Technical High School with a diploma in car and motorcycle engineering and holds both a Merchant Marine Captain’s and Engineer’s Certificate from the Marine School of Piraeus. His professional training is further supported by Ship Security Awareness certification and a Speed Boat License, equipping him with a solid foundation across all aspects of yacht operations.
He entered the yachting industry in 2020, driven by his love for the sea and travel. Since then, Lefteris has developed a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and a guest-oriented mindset. His calm leadership style and strong sense of hospitality ensure smooth operations onboard and a seamless charter experience for guests.
