Hi, my name is Jacob, your chef onboard. Growing up in Belgium I went looking for adventure and after years in restaurants across Europe, New Zealand, and Australia I came back looking for an adventureous life at sea. I’m all about serving bright, dishes paired with the perfect wine. I love using local ingredients and blending flavors I’ve gathered over the years. Always feel free to come have a look in my pots and pans or have a chat. Excited to see you all onboard!

Hey!
I’m Laura from Australia.
From the fjords of New Zealand to the Alps of Austria, and even the coast of Morocco, I have worked all around the world!
My love for adventure and the outdoors has led me to travel the globe, and now my next voyage is out at sea!
I bring 9 years of hospitality experience across a wide range of roles. From Formula One Grand Prix’s to villa hosting at a surf camp, each job has taught me valuable skills that have contributed to my passion of creating memorable guest experiences.
When I’m not working, you will find me outdoors snowboarding, surfing, or hiking. I’m always chasing a new adventure and eager to learn something new!

Originally from the Balearic Islands, I started sailing since I was a child, competing at all levels and categories, my passion for the sea led me to dedicate myself completely to the boats.
From a young age I have been teaching and training young people in the world of sailing, as well as working as a boat skipper and setting up my own business in nautical sewing and running rigging.
In the last 10 years of my life, I decided to focus on my professional career in yachting, creating the person I am today.
I consider myself an affable, disciplined and assertive person who likes everyone to enjoy the pleasure of sailing and life on board as much as I do.

Sven has been sailing most of his life, he was born on a family managed shipyard and his parents have always owned yachts and been involved in the sailing world.
This has given him the chance to start sailing when he was 6 years old and took his forst job as a Captain when he was 19 years old.
Since then he has managed different projects from instructor to racing, charter, refit and as project manager in new build projects.
As a Captain he is very attentive with his guests and always looking for a good balance while sailing and offering good service in a very safe and comfortable atmosphere.
