Terry’s career began in the navy, where he completed his training before moving into the film industry. There, he worked as a stunt double on major productions including Black Sails, Outlander, and several blockbuster films. His adventurous spirit later took him all the way to Antarctica, where he worked at a fuel depot, before discovering the world of yachting during a vacation in Florida - a perfect fit for his skills and love of the sea.
An avid outdoorsman, Terry enjoys fishing, diving, and just about any activity that keeps him close to the water. He is also a certified safety diver and a free diving instructor, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to every adventure on board.

After an early career as a professional soccer player across South America and the Middle East, a knee injury redirected his drive and discipline toward the kitchen.
Determined to master his craft, Ernesto returned to Buenos Aires to train at the prestigious Argentine Institute of Gastronomy, where he developed a refined approach to technique, balance, and presentation. Over the past two decades, he has honed his skills as a private and yacht chef, crafting sophisticated, globally inspired menus that celebrate fresh ingredients and bold yet elegant flavor pairings.
Known for his calm precision and creative flair, Chef Ernesto designs tailor-made dining experiences that reflect the regions he explores, blending Mediterranean finesse, South American warmth, and Asian vibrancy into every dish.
