Originally from Argentina, Brenda is thrilled to be part of ALMA III's crew. A dedicated and hardworking individual, Brenda has spent her entire life in and around the water. Her experience includes working on charter yachts, and in the Tourism and Hospitality industry from a young age. For Brenda, initiative, problem-solving, and communication are essential for completing every job to a high standard. Her constant smile, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn quickly will be valuable assets in her role as stewardess on ALMA III. In her spare time, Brenda enjoys travelling, get to know new places and get memorable experiences.

Originally from Viareggio, Italy, a city with a strong marine connotation and home to many large shipyards, Paolo first approached the yachting industry at the age of 16. After spending some years on merchant ships, he returned to the world of yachting 20 years ago. Ever since, he has worked as a captain for private and charter guests. Always putting the safety of his guests and crew first, Paolo provides unforgettable experiences during cruises. His ability to collaborate with the crew, as well as his extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean Sea, ensure impeccable service that exceeds customer expectations in a professional context. He has been part of ALMA III since the construction.

Guiridhari, from Brazil, Is happy to join Alma III crew. Had an uncommon upbringing, raised by his parents on an Indian culture and traveled to the country at an young age, where lived as a monk for a few months. Worked at restaurants on cruise ships for a few years and recently moved to yachting working as a service stew and deckhand off season. From these experiences he is ready to provide high standard service and a chill atmosphere for guests to enjoy themselves. He maintains a positive attitude and has a strong ability to adapt to different situations. He is passionate about sailing and ocean-going vessels, technology, traveling and seeing different cultures. Ready to do any task with a smile and pleased when guests are satisfied.
