Maja, our talented stewardess, ensures the interiors of Almissa are always immaculate and beautifully presented. Originally from the island of Korčula, her love for the sea runs deep. After years as a sous chef, Maja made the transition to stewardess and has never looked back.
When not tending to guests, Maja finds joy in simple pleasures like fishing for calamari from the bow of the yacht. Known as the best fisherman on board, she’s always eager to share her love of the sea. Maja’s warmth and dedication make her an invaluable member of the crew, adding to the charm and hospitality that defines Almissa.

Josip is the backbone of Almissa’s deck operations. A seasoned mariner, he spent years as a fisherman before transitioning to mini cruisers. For the past seven years, Josip has been refining his skills, and last year he joined Almissa as bosun at the invitation of his close friend, Captain Pave.
A dedicated professional and a father of three, Josip combines maritime expertise with a deep love for the sea. In the off-season, he enjoys fishing from his own boat and hosting family and friends for legendary barbecues, a testament to his warm and generous spirit. Josip’s leadership and work ethic set an inspiring example for the crew and ensure the highest standards on board.
