Growing up with his parents and older brother next to a golf course in Ludvika, Sweden, Filip mastered the sport from a young age. He studied Economics and Law in school whilst working as a greenkeeper at the golf course over the summers. When not golfing, Filip also loves spending time on the lakes driving boats, jet skis and fishing.
After school, Filip moved to Sydney, Australia and jumped straight into yachting, joining his first boat. He loves working outdoors, learning new skills and looks forward to helping guests hone their watersports skills.

Carl was born and raised in Whangaparaoa just outside of Auckland, New Zealand, where he still lives. He qualified as an engineer in 1989 and worked in the automotive and special effects industry for 10 years. Carl then embarked on his career in yachting and due to his hard work, quick thinking, and helpful nature, was quickly promoted to chief engineer.
Carl holds a Y1, the highest engineering qualification in yachting as well as his commercial chief engineer ticket. Because Carl is so extensively experienced, he can rectify nearly any problem on board.
Carl likes to spend his spare time in the great outdoors from dirt biking, camping, watersports, reading and writing.

Over the years Richard has worked on several busy charter and private vessels gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Richard has completed over 20 Atlantic crossings and cruising areas ranging from the Mediterranean and Caribbean to Belize and Qatar.
Richard became a part of the fleet back in 2016 and has since been a valued and respected member of the crew. He actively engages in ensuring guests have a delightful experience on board, eagerly guiding them through the array of enjoyable activities ALVIA has to offer.
During his down time, Richard retreats to Australia where he relishes quality time with his partner and children. His passion for sports is evident as he indulges in nearly every sporting activity.

From that experience she was offered her first role on board a yacht and she hasn`t looked back since. Erica has 10 years of experience as a spa manager has her skillset is inclusive but not limited to intensive skin care knowledge, lymphatic drainage and other body treatments, Russian-style manicures and pedicures, sport massage and more! She was also a wedding make-up artist in her early years and can finish off your pampering session with a bouncy blow-dry. She is sure to have a skill suited to all guests’ needs.
