This is Roy's (1988) second season on board ALVIUM. With several years of hospitality service, he will greet you with a welcoming smile! Roy takes pride in providing excellent service on board and ensures the comfort of the guests.
He enjoys coordinating and handling all requests as well as maintaining a safe environment on board. He also takes care of cleaning duties, helps with guests' personal belongings and manages the food service.
His goal at all times is to create a luxurious and memorable experience in accordance with guest's expectations, while working in beautiful locations.

Pedro Torá Domínguez, born in 1995 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, began his nautical career in 2021 and has since gained experience across various maritime sectors. Passionate about motorsports and reading, what he enjoys most about his profession is navigation, where he feels most connected to the sea.
Dedicated, responsible, and professional, Pedro’s main goal on board is to ensure that guests feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their journey.
As a committed crew member, he contributes to the smooth operation of the vessel by assisting with navigation, maintaining safety equipment, and supporting general service and cleaning duties to uphold the highest standards on board.

Francisco was born in Barcelona, Spain (1995) and started his career in the nautical sector in 2014, joining Marine Salvage.
Since then, he has worked on passenger ships, classic sailing ships and yachts. Serious, discreet and responsible, he always works to the best of his ability.
He enjoys being in charge of the proper functioning of ALVIUM's facilities and machinery and is confident in managing the water toys and also does cleaning work on the outside.
Passionate about the sea, in his spare time he enjoys fishing.
Francisco speaks Spanish and English.

Known for his outstanding attitude and commitment to customer service, Rafael thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining professional and respectful relationships with crew members, supervisors, and guests.
He holds a Middle Grade Training Cycle in Cooking and Gastronomy, and has built his career around a relentless pursuit of excellence. Always in search of the finest ingredients and most innovative techniques, Rafael draws inspiration from Michelin-starred chefs to create refined, world-class cuisine.
With a strong Mediterranean foundation and expertise in various international cuisines, he easily adapts to diverse culinary preferences and cultural expectations. His mission is clear: to provide exceptional dining experiences aboard, driven by quality, creativity, and professionalism.

César Narváez, a Cantabrian born in Mexico. Merchant Navy Captain, working in the recreational boating industry for the past 4 years and passionate about the world of yachts. What he enjoys most is spending quality time with his loved ones. Among his hobbies, football and sports in general stand out.
He is known for his high level of expertise and professionalism, and with extensive knowledge of the Balearic Islands, he provides guests with the ultimate yachting experience.
