Currently in his third season on board ALVIUM, Roy brings a strong hospitality background and a genuine passion for guest service. Known for his warm personality, attention to detail and impeccable presentation, he consistently delivers a level of service that exceeds expectations.
Throughout each charter, Roy is dedicated to creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests, anticipating their needs with discretion and professionalism. Whether coordinating onboard service, assisting with personal requests, maintaining the yacht's immaculate condition or ensuring every detail is perfectly executed, he approaches every task with care and enthusiasm.
His calm and attentive nature, combined with a natural talent for hospitality, make him an invaluable member of the crew and a favourite among returning guests. Roy takes great pride in delivering a refined onboard experience while ensuring guests feel completely at ease from the moment they step aboard.

Pedro Torá Domínguez, First Officer of M/Y ALVIUM
Born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 1995, Pedro Torá Domínguez began his maritime career in 2021 and has since developed a solid foundation across different sectors of the yachting industry. His passion for the sea, combined with a strong work ethic and a natural sense of responsibility, has allowed him to quickly establish himself as a valued member of the ALVIUM crew.
As First Officer, Pedro plays a key role in the safe and efficient operation of the yacht. Working closely alongside Captain César Narváez, he assists with navigation, deck operations, safety procedures and the overall management of the vessel, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
Known for his professionalism, reliability and positive attitude, Pedro is dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. Whether overseeing technical operations, supporting water activities or assisting the crew in delivering a seamless charter experience, he approaches every task with precision and enthusiasm.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Pedro communicates effortlessly with guests and crew alike, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere on board.
When away from the sea, he enjoys motorsports and reading, although it is navigation and life on the water that remain his greatest passions.

Lorenzo Bagur Capó, Chef of M/Y ALVIUM
Born in Mallorca and bringing more than 20 years of experience in fine dining and hospitality, Lorenzo Bagur Capó joins ALVIUM as the yacht’s Chef, combining a deep passion for Mediterranean cuisine with an exceptional understanding of luxury service. His career spans renowned restaurants, private establishments and luxury yachts throughout the Mediterranean, where he has built a reputation for delivering refined, personalised culinary experiences.
Lorenzo specialises in contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, with particular expertise in traditional Mallorcan and Menorcan gastronomy, fresh seafood, rice dishes and bespoke menu creation. Trained in advanced culinary techniques, including vegan and gluten-free cuisine, he is highly skilled at adapting his menus to guests’ preferences, dietary requirements and individual tastes.
Before joining ALVIUM, Lorenzo worked as Chef aboard several private yachts, including the San Lorenzo 106A M/Y NEGRONI and S/Y SIROCCO IX, where he was responsible for menu design, provisioning, galley management and delivering a seamless onboard dining experience for owners and guests alike.
Fluent in Spanish and Catalan, with a communicative level of English, Lorenzo works closely with guests to ensure every meal is thoughtfully tailored and beautifully presented.
Whether preparing an elegant Mediterranean lunch at anchor, a sophisticated tasting menu or a relaxed family-style dinner, Lorenzo takes great pride in showcasing the very best local ingredients while delivering the level of cuisine and service expected aboard one of Balearic´s most exclusive charter yachts.

César Narváez, Captain of M/Y ALVIUM
Born in Mexico and originally from Cantabria, Spain, César Narváez is a Merchant Navy Captain whose passion for the sea has naturally led him to the world of yachting. With a strong academic background in Nautical Engineering and Maritime Management and certification as Captain up to 500GT and Chief Officer Unlimited, he combines technical expertise with a calm and confident command style.
César has built a diverse maritime career, gaining experience on commercial vessels, tall ships and luxury motor yachts. In the charter industry, he has captained yachts such as the Pershing 62 OPTIMUM and the Baglietto 82 MUDEMI, as well as several Sunseeker, Princess and Ferretti yachts. Having spent the past seasons operating mainly in the Balearic Islands, he has developed an excellent knowledge of the region and enjoys guiding guests to the most beautiful anchorages and hidden gems of Ibiza and beyond.
Known for his professionalism, positive mindset and natural leadership, César places great importance on teamwork and guest experience, ensuring every charter is smooth, safe and truly memorable.
Fluent in Spanish and English, with basic Italian and French, he communicates easily with an international clientele.
When he is not at sea, César enjoys spending time with his loved ones and staying active through football and sports, two of his great passions.

Francisco Vilaplana Miralles, Chief Engineer of M/Y ALVIUM
Born in Barcelona, Spain, Francisco Vilaplana Miralles is a Chief Engineer and Senior Naval Mechanic whose passion for the sea has naturally led him to the world of yachting. With extensive experience in machinery and ship operations and certification as Chief Engineer up to 3000 kW, he combines technical expertise with a meticulous and reliable work ethic.
Francisco has built a diverse maritime career, gaining experience on passenger ships, classic sailing vessels, and luxury motor yachts. In the yacht industry, he currently oversees all machinery and technical operations on M/Y ALVIUM (Ferretti Custom Line 106) and has previously served on M/Y Sonrisa Séptimo (Astondoa 97). He has also worked with historic vessels at Fundación Nao Victoria, managing maintenance, training crew, and supervising navigation watches.
Known for his professionalism, discretion, and dedication, Francisco ensures the smooth functioning of machinery, exterior maintenance, and water toys, always placing great importance on safety and operational excellence.
Fluent in Spanish and English (Cambridge B1), he communicates effectively with an international crew.
When he is not at sea, Francisco enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors.
