Since moving to Mallorca from the mainland of Spain twenty years ago, Manuel enjoys all aspects of island life. From harvesting to exploring the island by bicycle and boat, Manuel takes advantage of his free time to enjoy all that Mallorca has to offer. Following the completion of his marine engineering qualification in the south of Spain, Manu has formed part of our crew for 3 years and is our longest standing crew member.

With over a decade of culinary experience across private villas, luxury yachts, and five-star establishments, Chef Oscar brings creativity, professionalism, and discretion to every galley. He has worked as a private chef for high-profile clientele and on charter yachts such as the M/Y SHANE (40M), M/Y BLUE JAY (36M), and M/Y ASKARI (30m). Oscar specializes in Mediterranean and international cuisines, always focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients and personalized menus tailored to guest preferences. Known for his adaptability, teamwork, and calm under pressure, he seamlessly integrates into any crew and elevates the guest experience with every meal. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, English, and French, Oscar brings cultural fluency to international charters and a warm, approachable presence to the atmosphere on board ALWAYS BELIEVE.

Daniela is hardworking and detail-oriented stewardess with hands-on experience maintaining both interior and exterior areas of luxury yachts. Skilled in washdowns, teak care, detailing, and engine room support. Daniela brings a proactive and reliable attitude, combined with a background in environmental engineering and a commitment to safety and cleanliness on board. STCW certified and passionate about delivering high standards in guest service and yacht presentation.

Will is a confident and professional deckhand with a strong work ethic, he brings practical skills and a positive attitude on board ALWAYS BELIEVE. He has been onboard ALWAYS BELIEVE for two charter seasons, and he is fully qualified and brings hands-on expertise in charters, watch duties, tender driving, teak maintenance, water sports, guest fitness activities, and thorough washdowns. Will has passion for fitness, and he is looking to complete his PT Qualification allowing him to lead guest workouts.

Originally from Spain, Nacho has an experience of over ten years in the marine industry. He had worked on board both motor and sailing vessels taking him to different locations. He had extensively sailed in the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the Pacific. Nacho is very passionate about his job. He has crossed eight times the Atlantic Ocean while being occupied in different positions. Over all these years, he had the pleasure to welcome on board guests from all over the world, people with different backgrounds and different expectations. His aim has always been to satisfy their needs and meet their requirements. He is now thrilled to be among ALWAYS BELIEVE’s crew and he will make sure guests and crew are always in a safe environment.

Originally from Spain, Daniel has over 16 years of experience in the maritime industry and 4 years as a Captain. Daniel has worked on several yachts of varying sizes, private and charter, which have taken him around the world. Before ALWAYS BELIEVE, Daniel has commanded 30m M/Y Akama, and 20m Amazon for 3 years. He knows the Balearics islands like his pockets, and he will take the guests to the best spots. He is ready to go the extra mile for any task required and to lead by example the crew.
