Young, motivated and already building an impressive foundation at sea, Marco represents the next generation of charter crew. At just 24, he has moved purposefully through a series of increasingly responsible roles, from his first steps aboard the 23-metre Kutoto to deck duties on the Falcon 87 Gran Finale, where he developed real operational autonomy across tender driving, jet ski management, mooring and full exterior maintenance.
Most recently, Marco served as Deck Cadet aboard the 43-metre Miotu, working within a structured seven-person crew on mooring, anchoring, watch duties, tender handling and cross-departmental support including the engine room.
Holding a nautical diploma and full STCW safety certifications — firefighting, survival, first aid and security, alongside an Italian coastal boating licence, he brings both the paperwork and the attitude that charter yachting demands. Adaptable, team-oriented and genuinely eager to grow, Marco thrives equally on deck and in the interior.

Emmanuel's connection to the sea is built on years of quiet seamanship, the kind that keeps a yacht running smoothly and guests blissfully unaware of the effort behind it. He has worked his way through a diverse fleet of private and charter vessels ranging from 24 to 60 metres.
His recent seasons aboard the Lady DB (Riva 88) have kept him close to daily deck operations, navigation support and mooring procedures, while earlier postings on larger yachts including the 60-metre Lumiere, 46-metre Mistress and 60-metre sailing yacht Sea Hawks provided solid grounding in shipyard periods, maintenance and charter operations across the Mediterranean.
Physically capable, calm under pressure and naturally attuned to teamwork, Emmanuel brings a steady, hands-on presence on deck, reliable in port, focused at sea, and always ready for what the day demands.

Rocco's connection to the sea is both professional and deeply personal, a vocation built over years of dedicated service and a genuine love for everything the ocean offers. Since 2020, he has been at the helm of the charter yacht E3 (Ferretti 850), earning a reputation for flawless execution, warm guest relations and an instinctive understanding of what makes a charter truly special.
A natural collaborator, Rocco leads his crew with the belief that great charters are built on teamwork as much as seamanship. His enthusiasm for water toys and aquatic sports means guests are always in expert hands when adventure calls, whether on the water or beneath it.
Born in Chile to an Italian family and shaped by a lifelong passion for travel and discovery, Rocco brings a rare cultural fluency to every interaction on board, as comfortable with a sundowner conversation as with a complex passage plan.

Barbara's culinary journey is one of quiet refinement, shaped by years in some of Europe's most respected kitchens and brought, most recently, to the intimate world of yacht charter. With over a decade of fine dining behind her, she arrives on board with both the technique and the temperament to deliver exceptional food at sea.
Her restaurant career spans Michelin-starred kitchens across London and beyond, including Aquavit, Launceston Place, Arbutus and the two-starred Bentley Restaurant, where she progressed from Chef de Partie to Junior Sous Chef. A return to Italy saw her leading the kitchen at Rome's Michelin Guide-featured Benco Restaurant, before pivoting to private charter, first as a private chef on the French Riviera, then aboard the 28-metre charter yacht E3 cruising between Italy and France in 2024 and 2025.
Rooted in Italian tradition with a contemporary sensibility, Barbara crafts menus that are seasonal, guest-led and always memorable.
