Ratko has been sailing all his life, fine tuning his skills with guests in charter for more than a decade and has proven to be an excellent skipper. From the beginning of his professional career ha has specialized in catamarans. Also, his excellent knowledge of boats is a result of his previous employment in boat sales Ratko's understanding of the catamaran itself, combined with his easygoing character promise a glorious sailing vacation exploring the most popular or the most secluded spots. He works with a team of two, providing five star service and memorable experience for his guests. His hobby is fishing while sailing and skiing when he is on the land. He has been captain on AMADA MIA since the begining, with outstanding references.

Natalija is a qualified nurse with a diverse professional background that combines healthcare, hospitality, and interior design. She has accumulated extensive experience in medical care and has also worked in restaurants and catering environments throughout Europe. In the summer of 2025, she was employed as a stewardess on a gulet operating along the Croatian coastline.
She is known for her strong service orientation, meticulous attention to detail, and composed, compassionate manner on board. Her responsibilities have included guest assistance, meal support, onboard organization, and the smooth running of daily activities. Holding all necessary maritime certifications, Natalija approaches her role with professionalism and reliability, making her a valued and dependable member of any crew.

Chef Marijo is an experienced yacht chef with over 12 years in the culinary profession and is currently in his fourth season aboard Amada Mia. His background includes several years as a private chef on yachts, where he has developed a strong understanding of the standards and service style required for luxury charter operations.
He specializes in Mediterranean cuisine while also being proficient in international dishes, tailoring each menu to guests’ preferences. Fluent in English and highly knowledgeable in hygiene and safety regulations, Marijo delivers a consistently professional, friendly, and high-quality onboard dining experience.
