Born in the beautiful, ancient coastal town of Byblos and raised by the sea, Jozef brings energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic to the deck team. With experience on a variety of private yachts ranging from 15 to 40 metres, he’s worked extensively throughout the Eastern and Central Mediterranean.
His technical skills and confidence in tender driving, diving, and watersports make him a trusted hand during guest activities. Known for his discipline and positive attitude, Jozef is the kind of deckhand who quietly keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring both guest enjoyment and safety on board. A keen diver in any spare time you will find him on or under the water line.

With over two decades of engineering experience, Dani is a seasoned maritime professional known for his precision, technical skill, and calm leadership. From his early days as an engineer in 1999, he has overseen the maintenance and operations of some of the region's most prominent private yachts.
His credentials include a 3000KW Chief Engineer certificate and extensive hands-on experience across a variety of engineering systems. Dani is solution-oriented, meticulous, and a respected figure within any engine room—ensuring both crew and guests can rely on smooth and safe vessel operations. A family man he spends any free time with loved ones.

Captain Ali brings more than 30 years of maritime experience to AMADEA, with a career that began in commercial shipping before transitioning into the yachting industry in the early 2000s. Originally from Lebanon, Ali developed a lifelong connection to the sea and steadily built his reputation through dedication, professionalism, and extensive technical knowledge. Holding both Chief Engineer and Yacht Master qualifications, he combines strong operational expertise with a calm and approachable leadership style.
Over the years, Ali has captained a range of private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean, earning the trust of owners, guests, and crew alike. His background in engineering gives him a practical and hands-on approach on board, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone on board. Away from work, Ali .

Ali Allam

Mark joins AMADEA as our motivated and energetic First Mate. Born and raised in Lebanon, he brings a strong background in deck operations, guest service, and teamwork. Mark’s connection to the water began early, eventually leading him into the yachting industry where he quickly developed hands-on experience across both private and busy charter yachts. With qualifications including Boat Master certifications and STCW training, he brings confidence, reliability, and a practical approach to life on board.
Before yachting, Mark studied Filmmaking at the Lebanese International University and in his spare time, works freelance in the media production for short films and music videos. He also gained four years’ experience lifeguarding and guests will find him calm under pressure, friendly, adaptable, and hardworking. Mark enjoys being part of AMADEA team and is always focused on ensuring guests enjoy a safe, smooth and memorable experience on board.

First Officer
Nathalie brings a strong hospitality background and a genuine passion for guest care to AMADEA.Originally from Lebanon, Natalie spent many years working in customer service and aviation, before transitioning into yachting in 2023. Her previous experience with Middle East Airlines helped develop her professionalism, organisation, and ability to remain calm and attentive in fast-paced environments.
Since entering the yachting industry, Nathalie has worked aboard several busy yachts around Lebanon, building experience across both interior and deck duties. Known for her can-do attitude, attention to detail, and being a team player, she takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests on board. Outside of work, Nathalie enjoys swimming, travelling, reading, and exploring new places, bringing an enthusiastic and approachable energy to everything she does.
