A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Greece and holder of a Master's Certificate with Navy War Academy training, he has captained an impressive fleet of yachts ranging from 30m to 43m, expertly leading both private and charter operations throughout Greece and the Mediterranean.

Combining academic excellence with practical superyacht experience, Efthymios ensures every entertainment, communication, and navigation system aboard M/Y Amaryllis performs to the highest standard.

Lavrentis is an experienced Second Engineer with a strong foundation in marine engineering, planned maintenance and technical troubleshooting. Pavlos is the Greek Head Chef of M/Y Amaryllis, bringing more than twenty-five years of fine dining and private service experience built across two-Michelin-starred kitchens, prestigious London restaurants, and almost a decade of private yacht service for some of the most discerning clients in the world. A graduate of the Alpine Centre IHTTI Swiss cooking school in Athens and Switzerland, finishing with honours and awarded the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs distinction, he combines classical European training with a genuine passion for new ingredients, ethnic cuisines, and the philosophy that perfect taste comes from simplicity and the very best produce.
His career has taken him aboard the M/Y Alfa Sea (45m), where he served as Private Chef for nine years through two successive UHNW owners between 2009 and 2018, cooking on board across the Mediterranean and at the family residences in Athens and the Swiss Alps. Beyond his yacht career, Pavlos has built an exceptional shore-side resume including the Le Louis XV at the Hôtel de Paris in Monaco under Alain Ducasse (two Michelin stars), Claridge’s Mayfair in London with the Gordon Ramsay Group, Locanda Locatelli, Le Gavroche, and most recently as Head Chef of the renowned fine-dining seafood restaurant Papadakis in Kolonaki, Athens. He has also served as Executive Chef at landmark Athens venues including Abra Ovata at Lake Vouliagmeni, running a kitchen of fourteen across one thousand covers daily, and as private chef for several internationally prominent families in Geneva and Gstaad. With a deep command of Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese, Arabic, and Asian cuisines, and particular focus over recent years on vegan and Ayurvedic cooking, Pavlos brings a culinary sensibility shaped by the highest standards in the world to every meal served aboard M/Y Amaryllis, ensuring each charter is defined by a dining experience as memorable, considered, and quietly extraordinary as the yacht itself.

Vasilis is the Sous Chef of M/Y Amaryllis, bringing ten years of fine dining and hospitality experience together with a distinctly creative perspective shaped by parallel academic studies in Archaeology and the History of Art. A graduate of the Public Vocational Training Institute (IEK) of Edessa in Culinary Arts and currently completing a Master’s Degree in History of Art at the University of Crete, he combines technical culinary training with an aesthetic sensibility that informs every dish he supports.
His career has been built across some of Greece’s most respected fine dining and hospitality venues, most recently as Chef de Partie at the celebrated Avli Rustic Fine Dining Restaurant in Rethymno, Crete, where he spent more than two years developing menus rooted in authentic Greek and Mediterranean traditions. Fluent in English at C2 Proficiency level and specialized in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine, Vasilios brings warmth, creativity, and the refined craftsmanship of a chef trained at the heart of Greek gastronomy to the M/Y Amaryllis galley, supporting the Head Chef and the senior culinary team in delivering a dining experience as personal, considered, and beautifully presented as the yacht itself.
Edyta is a highly accomplished Chief Stewardess whose career has been built aboard some of the world’s most prestigious superyachts and largest cruise ships. A graduate of the Hotel Management School in Gdynia and a Certified Cruise Professional with formal leadership training, she began her career with Regent Seven Seas, where she spent eight years progressing from Stewardess to Assistant Housekeeper aboard the Mariner (216m), the Voyager (206m), and the Navigator (171m), managing housekeeping operations for up to 708 guests and supervising teams of nineteen stewardesses.
Since transitioning into yachting, Edyta has held senior interior positions across an exceptional roster of vessels, including the M/Y Le Grand Bleu (114m), the M/Y A (119m), the M/Y Quattroelle (86m), the new-build M/Y Project Sassi (146m), and the M/Y Nord (142m), most recently serving as Head of Interior aboard the M/Y Luna (111m). Trained in silver service, floral arrangement, and the care of fine furnishings, and fluent in English and Polish with working Italian and basic German, she combines the discipline of large-vessel operations with the warmth and discretion of someone who has spent her career caring for guests at every scale. Onboard M/Y Amaryllis, she looks forward to making every charter feel as personal and considered as the yacht itself.

Natalia is an experienced Italian Chief Stewardess whose yachting career has been built across four seasons leading interior teams aboard 30-56m motor and sailing yachts in the Mediterranean, complemented by more than a decade of luxury hospitality management at the five-star hotel level. She brings structured leadership, refined service instincts, and the commercial awareness of a hospitality professional accustomed to UHNW expectations across both charter and private programs.
Her yacht career began aboard the S/Y Gweylo (50m), delivering formal silver and caviar service across a high-standard private and charter program, before stepping into Chief Stewardess roles on the M/Y Don Michele (30m), the S/Y Piropo (56m), where she oversaw the complete interior relaunch following a shipyard period, and most recently the M/Y Diana II (33m), where she directed a full active charter season including bespoke themed evenings and elevated tablescapes. Underpinning her yachting career is more than a decade in luxury hospitality management at five-star Italian properties including the Hotel Ritz, Hotel Trieste e Vittoria, and the Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amistà in Verona. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, with native Romanian and basic Spanish, and holder of a Master’s Degree in Sociology alongside HACCP Level II and ANPA Spa Manager certifications, Natalia brings calm accountability, commercial awareness, and an instinct for elevating every guest’s experience to the M/Y Amaryllis service team.
