He joined yachting, determined to face new challenges and work in a different environment, offering his services at sea for the delight of his guests on board. His vast knowledge and expertise in Mediterranean cuisine along with the choice of bio seasonal products and raw materials of the finest quality for his dishes will please even the most demanding palates on board.
