Originally from Austria and South Africa, Anton is a dynamic and adaptable deckhand with over two years of experience on board charter yacht. With a strong foundation in deck and engineering operations, he excels in maintenance, tender driving, water sports, and crew leadership. Known for his hands-on approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and love for the ocean, Anton brings a blend of technical skill, creativity, and team spirit to every role. His background in product development, logistics, and safety training further enhances his versatility on board. He is now ready to assure his clients a professional and effective service on board.

Originally from South Africa, Chef Neil brings nearly 20 years of experience in the yachting industry, delivering high-end culinary experiences that delight and inspire guests. He has worked on vessels ranging from 25m to 58m, including 30m M/Y CAROM and 58m M/Y UNBRIDLED, where he crafted bespoke menus tailored to individual guest preferences. With extensive cruising experience across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, East Coast USA, Central America, and remote island destinations, Neil combines global culinary influences with a strong focus on premium ingredients and refined presentation. From elegant multi-course fine dining to fresh, health-conscious cuisine, including vegan and gluten-free options, he consistently delivers variety and quality. A fully certified yacht chef, Neil ensures the highest standards of hygiene, organisation, and efficiency in every galley he runs. Calm, positive, and team-oriented, he creates a welcoming onboard atmosphere and looks forward to delighting guests with his cuisine on board AMITATU.

Dane has 14 years of yachting experience as both a Captain/Engineer and Chief Officer on 25m-50m vessels, both private and charter. He is very driven person, energetic and loves his work. Safety and security of the vessel, guests and crew are his number one priority, all while making sure that the owners and guests have unforgettable experiences whilst onboard and that everything flows as seamlessly as possible. He will always go the extra mile for any task required of me and to lead by example so that the crew may follow suit. He is a very hands-on captain, with a good engineering knowledge and great navigational skills. He has experience cruising in the following areas - Mediterranean, Caribbean, Hawaii, Mexico, Tahiti, Philippine Sea, Papua New Guinea, Australia east, north and west coast, New Caledonia, Bahamas, USA west and east coast, Norway, Germany. Dane have experience in game fishing, world record spear fishing, scuba diving and various other water sports. He is excited to offer great experience to charter clients aboard AMITATU.

Originally from South Africa, Brendon combines a strong maritime work ethic with a lifelong passion for watersports. After earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting, he chose a career at sea, where fishing, kitesurfing, foiling, diving, and anything involving wind or waves come naturally to him. With experience as a deckhand, mate, and assistant engineer, he brings solid technical skills, including deck operations, maintenance, tender handling, and engine room support. As a passionate sailor and watersports instructor, he still spends most of his free time on the water. Recently promoted from Bosun to First Officer, Brendon is very happy to be among AMITATU’s crew and can’t wait to welcome guests on board.

Hailing from Poland, Marta brings extensive experience across both interior and galley roles. She has worked on both sailing and motor yachts up to 40m, where she has successfully managed interiors, delivered high-level service, and supported deck operations. Her cruising experience spans the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, as well as transatlantic crossings. From attentive service to fresh, healthy, and well-balanced cuisine, Marta is confident in creating seamless guest experiences. With a sporty background, she brings high energy and a passion for an active lifestyle onboard. A certified PADI Open Water diver, she enjoys a wide range of activities, including surfing, snowboarding, yoga, and watersports, making her a great asset to any charter program. With a positive, can-do attitude, Marta looks forward to welcoming guests onboard AMITATU and ensuring they enjoy a memorable experience.
