Hailing from the south coast of the United Kingdom, Captain Tristian’s passion for the water began at a young age. Whether it was sailing, surfing, diving, wakeboarding, or fishing, the sea has always been his second home. His love for aquatic adventures only deepened as he moved to New Zealand with his family, where he continues to indulge in his favorite pastimes with those closest to him.

Tristian’s expertise is built on a strong academic foundation, earning a degree in Marine Technology from the University of Plymouth. After completing his studies, he initially honed his skills as a sailmaker, but the lure of the open ocean soon called. In 2012, he embarked on his first superyacht adventure in the UK, marking the beginning of his professional journey in the yachting industry.

Over the years, Captain Tristian has accumulated vast experience navigating some of the world’s most sought-after cruising destinations, including the Mediterranean, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and the East Coast of the USA. His leadership and proficiency were further solidified when he earned his Master's qualification after five years serving as Chief Officer aboard some of the industry’s most renowned yachts.

As a captain, Tristian is committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety for both guests and crew. His goal is simple: to deliver unforgettable adventures on the water while maintaining an atmosphere of professionalism and care. With Tristian at the helm, every journey promises to be an experience to remember.

Johnathan grew up in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, UK, an area known for rhubarb farming and its role in the War of the Roses. He spent much of his childhood exploring the countryside and enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, golfing, cycling, tennis, diving, and staying fit. His love for water has been evident since childhood, with family holidays spent on small boats around the UK and Southern Europe.
With a decade of yachting experience, Johnathan has worked on five different yachts since 2015. He enjoys providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring smooth operations onboard, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. He has moved into management roles, leading teams to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
Johnathan is reliable, professional, and calm, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. His career goal is to develop further in the Chief Officer role and eventually take the Master examinations.
Fun fact: Johnathan loves touring in in his van, whether skiing in the Alps or heading to the West Coast of Scotland with the family boat.

Originally from Ellisras, South Africa, Tyrell grew up on wildlife
reserves where his parents worked as Game Rangers. Active and
adventurous, he’s passionate about extreme sports like snowboarding,
kitesurfing, and diving, and loves helping guests enjoy watersports
onboard. Friendly, driven, and energetic, he brings a positive attitude
to both crew life and guest service. Off the deck, he’s a crime fiction
reader with a degree in Psychology—and a healthy fear of snakes!

Dewan hails from an Afrikaans background and was raised on a
military base in rural South Africa, near the famous Kruger National
Park in Hoedspruit. With a diverse range of experience, Dewan has
worked as a bartender, travel agent, and sound technician for several
years, including working alongside his cousin, a renowned Afrikaans
singer. It was during his dive-master certifications that Dewan
discovered the world of yachting. The decision to transition into a
career in yachting came naturally for Dewan, as he has always had a
passion for leading a nomadic lifestyle. In his free time, he enjoys
participating in a variety of sports, from hunting and golf to cricket
and swimming.

Wawan is a diving expert with over 18 years of experience in the
field. Born in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia, he began his career as a
diver in 2006 and has been a certified dive instructor since 2013 and
has 5000 dives under his belt. His career includes extensive work on
liveaboards throughout Indonesia, providing him with invaluable
insights into boat maintenance, tender driving, and deckhand duties.
In 2016, Wawan took on the role of Cruise Director on the only
private charter sailing yacht in Indonesia. This position allowed him
to assist guests with water sports while exploring the waters of
Thailand and Myanmar. Since 2023, he has been working as a Fleet
Manager, navigating the world's oceans and immersing himself in
diverse cultures. With a passion for travel, food, and volleyball,
Wawan is a well-rounded professional who brings both personal
enthusiasm and extensive expertise to any crew. His experience and
dedication make him a valuable asset to any Super Yacht adventure,
and he is eager to contribute his skills to the team.

Chris was born in Malbork, Poland, home to the largest Gothic brick
castle in the world. He grew up in the Żuławy region, a unique lowlying
area known for its fertile soil and specialized infrastructure,
which helped shape his early interest in engineering and practical
problem-solving.
Outside of yachting, Chris is passionate about motorcycles. He enjoys
both long and short rides and spends much of his free time
maintaining and restoring bikes in his family's garage. The family
collection includes six motorcycles, with Chris’s own dating back to
1974. He is also a hunter and values time spent in nature, often
enjoying the solitude of the forest.
Chris began his maritime career at the Maritime University in Gdynia,
where he earned a master’s degree. He went on to gain extensive
experience across commercial vessels, including container ships, bulk
carriers, tankers, and platform supply vessels. For the past six years,
he has worked in yachting as a Chief Engineer on smaller yachts and
is now focused on building sea time on higher-powered vessels to
achieve his Chief Engineer Unlimited certification.
Known for his structured and methodical approach, Chris values clear
systems and well-organized operations on board. He is adaptable,
level-headed, and works effectively within diverse teams and
changing environments.

Steven Jardim is an experienced deckhand with a background on a
variety of yachts, having completed both temporary and full-time
roles before attending university. He is known as a strong
communicator, attentive listener, and quick learner, with a solid
foundation in deck operations.
Steven brings a positive, easygoing attitude to the workplace and
values maintaining a fun, lighthearted environment while still
delivering efficient and high-quality results. He has a strong work
ethic and takes pride in seeing tasks completed properly and to a high
standard. In addition to his deck skills, Steven has extensive
experience in videography, photography, and editing, which he is
eager to further integrate into his career within the yachting industry.
He is motivated to continue developing his deck competencies,
particularly in navigation and tender driving, and has a genuine
interest in understanding vessels and their systems.
An avid outdoorsman, Steven enjoys skiing, mountain biking, rock
climbing, backpacking, fly fishing, and hiking. Long term, he aspires
to work on an expedition or off-the-beaten-path itinerary yacht,
combining his passion for exploration with visual storytelling to
capture unique destinations around the world.
Steven is also an identical twin—his brother is one minute older.

Kristen Brookes is 26 years old and from Cape Town, South Africa.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Media and Politics, which she
completed while honing her service skills over two years at one of
Cape Town's award-winning restaurants, Chefs Warehouse Beau
Constantia. It was during this time that she developed her passion for
guest service and discovered her interest in yachting as a way to
further her career in the hospitality industry. Kristen enjoys walks to
the beach, solo or in-studio yoga sessions, hiking, and cutting shapes
on the dance floor with friends. She loves to read, and some would
say she has a remarkable mental bank of song lyrics and pop culture
references. Kristen jokes that she has a “dad’s taste” in things—
whether it’s music (think Eagles, Dire Straits, Led Zeppelin, and Pink
Floyd) or food (anchovies on pizza and eisbein over salads).
However, she appreciates most things if they’re done well, and it’s
versatility and new experiences that she enjoys most in life.

Paloma grew up in sunny San Diego, California spending most of her
life being on the water and at the beach and has always dreamed of
traveling the world. She ended up attending the University of
California, Santa Barbara, and after graduating, made her way up to
San Francisco for two years to try out the corporate lifestyle. She soon
realized that the office environment wasn’t for her, so she packed up
her things and moved to sunny Fort Lauderdale. In the last 5 years
she's been in the yachting industry, Paloma has completed extensive
charters all throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, Alaska and beautiful
Baja California. She has since learned to cultivate exceptional service
and experiences for all guests. One of her main passions onboard is
being able to let her creative side show by designing beautiful table
settings and décor along with putting together unique flower
arrangements. In her free time, Paloma loves to paint, draw, swim,
hike, dive and explore the outdoors. She’s excited to make your
experience here the most memorable it can be!

Tannen was born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa, where she
developed a passion for beauty and wellness from a very young age.
Her interest in all things beauty began with experimenting with
makeup, hair, and styling, and quickly evolved into a lifelong career
path. Determined to turn her passion into her profession, she attended
beauty school and honed her skills through hands-on experience at
various salons. Her drive for excellence led her to open her own
salon, where she continues to provide top-tier beauty services. Tannen
is dedicated to staying ahead of beauty trends and ensuring that every
client receives a tailored, outstanding beauty and spa experience.
Whether it's a relaxing massage or the latest beauty treatment, Tannen
is committed to making each session a truly rejuvenating experience.
Outside of her work, Tannen is an avid photographer and
videographer, constantly capturing moments that inspire her
creativity. She also has a deep love for dancing, which allows her to
express herself and maintain a balanced, active lifestyle. Tannen’s
passion for beauty, wellness, and creativity makes her a valued
member of any team, constantly striving to exceed expectations and
