Born and raised next to the sea in sunny Cape Town, South Africa. At age 17, she got into the hospitality industry, working as a waitress during her last school year, where she saved up to book a one-way ticket out of South Africa. After working as a live-in nanny for a few months in a small town in the UK, the ocean called her back, and she joined the yachting industry in the Mediterranean over 6 years ago. Nadia has since gained experience in the Western & Eastern Med, Caribbean, Bahamas, and the East coast of the US on Yachts of 35-78m, both private & charter. Outside of work, Nadia’s interests also lie in beauty & aesthetics. Nadia is dedicated to self-improvement and has, throughout the years, completed many beauty & yachting-related courses during her time off. Nadia loves themed nights, table decorating & making cocktails! She is bubbly, friendly, and committed to providing a memorable experience for our guests on board.

Scott was born in Sydney but grew up on the West Coast in Perth, Western Australia. Drawn to luxury yachting from an early age, Scott used to ogle at brand luxury mega yachts built by Oceanfast docked beside the local fish and chip shop in Fremantle, the once temporary home of the Americas Cup. Scott learned to sail on the river and volunteered with the local sea rescue group. This experience made it easy for him to step into four years of nighttime and weekend work with the local ferry company while he completed a degree in project management. His first project management job saw him working 400 miles inland on the construction of a nickel mine. Completely unimpressed by the remoteness from the ocean, on his return he packed everything and headed to France to seek work aboard a luxury yacht. In no time he secured a deckhand role on a yacht in 1999 that ironically was refitted in Australia. On his thirtieth birthday, Scott was docking a 60-meter Feadship at the Monaco Yacht Show as captain. During his time in luxury yachting, Scott has traveled the Panama, Kiel, and Suez Canals, the Indian, Pacific, and Atlantic oceans, Scandinavia, the Mediterranean, Croatia, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Fiji, Indonesia, the Maldives, and more. Scott is recognized as a subject matter expert in Oracle’s Primavera P6 Project Planning software, having spent equal time yachting on multibillion-dollar mining, IT, and transport projects. He is passionate about yacht design and making the world a better place for future generations.

I’m originally from Jamaica and have over a decade of engineering experience in both commercial shipping and yachting. My background includes extensive hands-on work with propulsion, electrical, and hydraulic systems, ensuring all vessel operations run safely and efficiently. I hold a Certificate of Competency (COC) as an Unlimited Second Engineer and a Limited 3000 kW Chief Engineer, which allows me to take full responsibility for the technical management and maintenance of the yacht. I take pride in keeping the engine room organized, reliable, and well-maintained, and I’m always focused on finding practical solutions to technical challenges. Outside of engineering, I enjoy fishing, cycling, and exploring new destinations. I believe in maintaining a positive onboard atmosphere and working closely with the Team to ensure smooth and enjoyable operations for both guests and crew.

Ellie is from Liverpool and grew up in hospitality through her family’s pub, a much-loved local institution that has been owned by her family for over 100 years and is still running today. This early exposure to service and people-focused work shaped her natural warmth and attention to detail. She went on to university and qualified as a therapist, supporting clients with drug addiction before later working with medium to high-risk offenders. Seeking a new challenge, the opportunity to travel, and a career that still placed people at the heart of her work, Ellie transitioned into yachting. She loves engaging with guests, creating memorable experiences, and is known for her creative cocktails and friendly, approachable style. In her spare time, Ellie enjoys spending time in nature with her family, walking their dogs, long-distance running and yoga.

Jenna was born in South Africa and spent her early childhood there. She later moved to Switzerland, where she fell in love with mountains and snow. Her journey then brought her to Missouri before eventually settling in Colorado, a place that quickly felt like home. Skiing became a central part of her life, and she dedicated several seasons to working at a ski resort in Breckenridge. The fast pace, teamwork, and energy of resort life helped shape her work ethic and love for active, hands-on roles. After years on the slopes, Jenna felt ready for a new challenge and decided to pursue a career in yachting. She brings the same enthusiasm, resilience, and drive to the ocean that she once brought to the mountains. Always seeking growth and adventure, Jenna continues to follow opportunities that push her forward and expand her horizons.

Cooking is Etienne passion! After receiving his culinary diploma, he worked as an apprentice in top-tier restaurants and hotels, perfecting his gastronomic skills along the way, and eventually taking on the position of Executive Chef at The Arcadia in France. He then continued his culinary journey as a private chef, catering to an international clientele at sea, while occasionally returning to the restaurant scene. His curious nature led him abroad, where he broadened his horizons in kitchens around the world. Along the way, he learned from masters of regional cuisine, including talented home cooks! His rule has always been to stay close to the roots when approaching international cuisines.
