Scott was born in Sydney but grew up on the West Coast in Perth, Western Australia. Drawn to luxury yachting from an early age, Scott used to ogle at brand luxury mega yachts built by Oceanfast docked beside the local fish and chip shop in Fremantle, the once temporary home of the Americas Cup. Scott learned to sail on the river and volunteered with the local sea rescue group. This experience made it easy for him to step into four years of nighttime and weekend work with the local ferry company while he completed a degree in project management. His first project management job saw him working 400 miles inland on the construction of a nickel mine. Completely unimpressed by the remoteness from the ocean, on his return he packed everything and headed to France to seek work aboard a luxury yacht. In no time he secured a deckhand role on a yacht in 1999 that ironically was refitted in Australia. On his thirtieth birthday, Scott was docking a 60-meter Feadship at the Monaco Yacht Show as captain. During his time in luxury yachting, Scott has traveled the Panama, Kiel, and Suez Canals, the Indian, Pacific, and Atlantic oceans, Scandinavia, the Mediterranean, Croatia, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Fiji, Indonesia, the Maldives, and more. Scott is recognized as a subject matter expert in Oracle’s Primavera P6 Project Planning software, having spent equal time yachting on multibillion-dollar mining, IT, and transport projects. He is passionate about yacht design and making the world a better place for future generations.

Cooking is Etienne passion! After receiving his culinary diploma, he worked as an apprentice in top-tier restaurants and hotels, perfecting his gastronomic skills along the way, and eventually taking on the position of Executive Chef at The Arcadia in France. He then continued his culinary journey as a private chef, catering to an international clientele at sea, while occasionally returning to the restaurant scene. His curious nature led him abroad, where he broadened his horizons in kitchens around the world. Along the way, he learned from masters of regional cuisine, including talented home cooks! His rule has always been to stay close to the roots when approaching international cuisines.

His early years of life on the water at his parents' sailing charter lodge equipped him for a career in yachting at a young age. With 12 years of yachting experience on various charter vessels ranging from 37 to 75 meters and a recent law degree under his belt, Brent brings both professionalism and knowledge to his role. His passion for freediving, scuba diving, and sailing ensures guests receive expert guidance and peace of mind, whether snorkeling vibrant reefs or simply enjoying a swim off the swim platform. As a rescue diver, safety in the water is always a top priority for him.

Born and raised on the island of Menorca in the Balearic Islands, I was introduced to the yachting world at an early age. At 17, I began working with Sunseeker Menorca, knowing little more than the ropes — or as I like to say, “just my shoelace.” Since then, I have built a solid career in yachting, working on vessels of various sizes, including yachts up to 84 meters. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of sailing across the globe, exploring nearly every corner except South America. Yachting has given me not only the opportunity to travel but also the chance to grow within a team, adapt to different challenges, and continually expand my knowledge of the industry. I joined yachting because of my deep connection to the sea and my desire to combine adventure, professionalism, and service at the highest standard. My goal is to keep building on my experience while contributing dedication, hard work, and passion to every vessel I am a part of.
