With experience working on boats and in restaurants, she now brings her expertise to Amura, crafting delicious cocktails and preparing unforgettable meals that will leave you craving more.

Chef Mae
Mae began her journey with Amura as a third crew member, working alongside Rebecca and Max. Through dedication and passion, she quickly worked her way up to become an incredible chef. Originally from Cuba, Mae brings a warm presence and strong work ethic to every charter. Known for her hard work and attentive service, she ensures glasses are never empty and guests always feel cared for. Her culinary creations are as delicious as they are beautifully presented, making every meal an experience to remember.
