Her extensive experience enables her to offer friendly, courteous, and impeccable service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and crew.

Lazaros brings 30 years of culinary expertise to M/Y ANASSA A, having worked as both a Second Cook and Chef in prestigious 5-star hotels in Athens and across the Greek islands. His passion for cooking began when he attended Technical Cooking School for 3 years, which laid the foundation for his distinguished career.
Throughout his career, Lazaros has showcased his culinary talents on board multiple yachts, including M/Y BLUES, M/Y AMYMONE, and M/Y ANASSA. He is known for his patience, adaptability, and exceptional time management skills, all of which contribute to his ability to craft memorable meals for guests onboard.
Since joining M/Y ANASSA A in March 2022, Lazaros has become an integral part of the team, continually delivering high-quality dishes that reflect his years of experience.

Stefanos is a highly skilled Chief Engineer with a wealth of experience in the maritime industry. He graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, holding a Class C Engineer’s Diploma and a Speed Boat License. Stefanos also completed advanced training in survival craft & rescue boats and advanced firefighting techniques at the National School of Life Saving and Fire Fighting Appliances in Macedonia.
Initially, Stefanos began his maritime career as a Deckhand on a catamaran, where he discovered his passion for working in the open air. Realizing this was his calling, he transitioned to engineering and developed a deep understanding of the manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of vessels. With his extensive technical expertise and excellent organizational skills, Stefanos ensures the smooth and successful operation of M/Y ANASSA A.
In his free time, Stefanos enjoys traveling and discovering new cultures.

Having worked for over a decade at Olympic Marine S.A., he developed expertise in handling tenders, managing yacht mooring operations, and ensuring smooth marina logistics. His background includes trailer driving for yacht transportation at Dry Dock Parking, as well as technical maintenance and repairs at STS Yachting.
A dedicated and hardworking crew member, Nikos is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to onboard operations efficiently. With a background in mechanical engineering, he possesses a solid understanding of yacht systems, making him a valuable asset to the team.
