Theresa is an experienced stewardess having worked on yachts of all sizes throughout the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia. Her experience includes everything from formal silver service to relaxed family-style dining, and she has had the privilege of serving numerous high-profile guests.
Originally from the Philippines, Theresa has lived in Italy for over 14 years and speaks fluent Italian as well as English. Her interests and hobbies include exploring, fishing, swimming, socializing and Karaoke singing.

Tom was born in Plymouth, England and grew up in a small yachting village enjoying his time on the water from a very young age. As he got older he would spend his weekends out on the boat catching fresh fish and diving for crabs, lobsters which he would then take to the beach make a fire and cook them for himself, family and friends. This is where his love of cooking really started so he enrolled into catering college to make a career in something he loved and had so much passion for. Once he completed college he then went on to work in restaurants up and down the country developing his knowledge and skills within the industry. He has worked in top restaurants like the Ritz hotel in London, “Whatley Manor” 2-star Michelin and Restaurant “Ours” of Tom Sellers. After 18 years onshore he then decided to cross over to yachting and pursue his passion on the open ocean producing great food with the best produce giving the guests the best experience while onboard. His passion for great service and delivering the highest standards of dishes drives him to create unforgettable experiences for guests onboard. His culinary expertise spans a diverse range of cuisines, from Thai and French to Indian, Italian, British, and Asian, with a special focus on crafting healthy, high-standard dishes. Approaching every meal with enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Tom ensures each dish is tailored to the unique tastes and needs of his guests.

Captain Arthur has been working at sea for 26 years. He began on commercial tuna fishing boats in Australia before driving boats for ocean fish farms and commercial diving, tourist yachts and finally motor yachts. He has been working as a yacht captain for 20 years in the Mediterranean. This range of experience offers yacht clients a great balance between age and experience. When captain work is done, he can be found assisting the deck crew with a wash-down or helping in the interior, which flows on to his team work orientated focus. With a crew striving to help each other out in this manner, the yacht runs like a well-oiled machine. Arthur is hard worker, with great attention to detail, organized, proposing a good rapport with guests and crew. Arthur is very familiar with South of France, Italy, Corsica, Sardinia, the Balearics, and also Montenegro, Croatia, Greece and Turkey. He also navigated East coast of Australia (Queensland and New South Wales) as well as Tasmania and South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand).
