After building her hospitality skills in various restaurants on the island, she transitioned to the yachting industry in 2017. Since then, she has gained valuable experience on both private and charter yachts, where she quickly adapted to the fast-paced onboard environment and brought a strong skill set with a high standard of service. With a background in fine table service, housekeeping, provisioning, and guest care, Elisa consistently delivers exceptional interior service with a warm and professional approach. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, visiting the cinema, and exploring new cultures and destinations.

Mario was born in Italy and while studying for his Nautical Diploma, he did many training stages on sailing boats from 2012 to 2017. He then worked as a deck cadet on different Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers before joining the yachting industry. He worked for 3 years as Chief Officer on commercial yachts with a busy charter schedule and now he is thrilled to work on board ANJELIF and is ready to go the extra mile to ensure everything is running like clockwork during charters. He is a PWC Instructor recognized by RYA. When he is not on board, Mario enjoys photographing and filming with his camera and drones, and also enjoys mountain trekking, mountain biking, kayaking and windsurfing.

Originally from Romania, Claudia has over 10 years of yachting experience on yachts up to 147 meters. She became Chief Stewardess in 2018 and she loves her job. Thanks to yachting and land-based experiences, including being a hotel receptionist and hostess, an assistant manager, a head waiter and of course a yacht stewardess, she acquired many skills. She is also certified in Advanced Silver Service, level 1 sommelier, and trained in cigar & caviar service, bartending and coffee art. She loves music, sport and traveling. She is very versatile and excels with a first-class clientele. She cannot wait to welcome the guests on board ANJELIF.

Originally from Italy, Francesco has more than 32 years of experience in the maritime industry and has cruised most of the seas. Francesco started his career at sea in his early twenties on sailing boats, participating in several local and international competitions, for private teams and for the Italian Navy. He then took on the challenge to complete a single-handed Atlantic crossings on his own small sailing boat... twice! This marked the beginning of Francesco’s yachting career, first onboard sailing yachts, and finally moving on to motor yachts. He spent 7 years between commercial vessels in the Off Shore Gas & Oil industry and yachts all over the world and the last 3 years on a yacht with busy charter schedule in the mediterrean. Francesco holds a Dive Master License and speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish. He is looking forward to welcoming charter guests on board ANJELIF and will always make sure that guests have an unforgettable experience whilst onboard and that everything flows as seamlessly as possible.

Fluent in Italian, English, and French, and equipped with excellent provisioning skills and in-depth galley knowledge, Andrea is ready to bring his culinary expertise and positive energy on board ANJELIF.

She has managed interior operations, trained new crew members, and worked with high-profile guests. Additionally, she has a background in luxury hospitality, including hosting at a high-end ski chalet and running a successful beauty business.
