Captain - Aris Vlachopoulos (Greek)
Captain Aris Vlachopoulos was born in Greece and brings over four decades of professional maritime experience to every voyage. A licensed captain since 1984, his career spans both motor and sailing yachts, including time spent in competitive racing and extensive cruising throughout the Greek islands and Mediterranean.
In the past two years alone, Aris has covered over 10,000 nautical miles in the Aegean Sea, captaining high-performance vessels such as the Goldfish 43 and Axopar 37. Earlier in his career, he worked with the Greek agency of San Lorenzo, gaining valuable experience delivering larger yachts from Italy to Greece and building his knowledge of Italian waters.
Aris holds a Speed Boat Operator Licence and an Offshore Sailing Certificate, along with certifications in Basic Safety, Emergency First Aid, and BLS-CPR/AED. Known for his energetic personality and hands-on approach, he also possesses a solid foundation in marine engineering and vessel maintenance.
