Harrison is a great back up for Captain Matt. He was born in the South East of England, just outside London. Being from the countryside, Harrison enjoys all things outdoors. He has always been a competitive sportsman and enjoys football, swimming and golf. After studying Business Management at the university of Southampton, Harrison stumbled upon the yachting industry and never looked back. Harrison got his first break in the industry on board M/Y BRAVADO and has recently joined M/Y ANYA. He is keen to pursue a career in yachting and is working towards his yacht master offshore. Describing himself as a dedicated, disciplined, fast learning and always looking for ways to improve.

Matt grew up on Port Phillip Bay near Melbourne, Australia and has been in and around the water all his life, sailing since 5 years of age. After school Matt completed an automotive mechanic’s apprenticeship, partnered in a small boat business and co-owned a factory refurbishment business. Following another of his interests led to a couple of seasons as an Alpine Ski Instructor in Canada and Australia. The yachting and charter industry came to Matt’s attention in 1988, allowing him to indulge his passion for boats and make a living. Two years on a square-rigged brigantine around the Whitsunday Islands in NE Australia confirmed Matt had found his career direction. From 1991 Matt has worked as Captain on a variety of sailing yachts in the Caribbean and Americas, settling in the Mediterranean in 1997. Since then, Matt has worked on sailing and motor yachts both charter and private, sailing in many diverse areas.
Matt is married with two mature sons, both of whom are being educated in the UK. His interests include motor racing, alpine skiing, science and technology, reading and he is a bit of a foodie.

Jon is a highly skilled and dedicated Yacht Engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for the marine industry. Having discovered his enthusiasm for sailing aboard his cousin’s 36ft yacht, he has since built a solid career in yachting, working within the industry since 2008. He holds a higher national diploma in Aerospace Engineering, where he developed a rigorous approach to
maintenance through hands-on aircraft servicing and technical training. This foundation has instilled
in him a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to safety and precision—qualities that translate seamlessly into the high standards required onboard yachts. Jon is known for his loyalty and long-term commitment to his roles, preferring to grow within a position while continuously
expanding his knowledge and expertise. Having been with the Anya crew for 1 year, Jon has proven
himself to be a reliable, hardworking, and highly valued team member, making him a great addition to the vessel. Outside of yachting, Jon enjoys snowboarding, paragliding and spending time with friends and family.

Andrew began his culinary journey in England, training at Newcastle College, where he built a strong technical foundation and developed a deep appreciation for the craft of cooking. Seeking
to broaden his experience, he later moved to Scotland, gaining valuable hands-on exposure to a variety of cuisines and fast-paced kitchen environments. He is passionate about sourcing fresh, local ingredients and transforming them into refined dishes through contemporary presentation, while still respecting both traditional and modern culinary influences. His approach blends
creativity with precision, consistently aiming to deliver food that reflects both innovation and
quality. Internationally, he has worked at Le Mas de Poirier’s, one of Provence’s most distinguished estate country properties. During his time there, he operated at an elite level, undertaking private engagements across the region.

Beau has recently joined M/Y Anya for the summer 2026 season. Beau’s background includes time on commercial fishing vessels as well as a season in the luxury yachting industry, giving him a strong foundation in seamanship and a confident, proactive approach to deck operations. He consistently upholds high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation onboard.
Originally from New Zealand, Beau is known for his warm, easy-going nature and positive attitude,
helping to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and crew. He is hardworking, adaptable, and always willing to assist wherever needed, taking pride in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable onboard experience. Beau has a genuine passion for the ocean and an active lifestyle, Beau enjoys surfing, sports, travel, and fitness. Whether assisting with watersports, preparing the
yacht for guest activities, or supporting daily operations, he approaches every task with enthusiasm
and professionalism.

Chloe brings over 11 years of yachting experience, having worked on a wide range of vessels from 24m to 100m. Her extensive background allows her to add significant value to M/Y ANYA, making
her exceptionally well-suited to her role and a strong leader for the interior team.
An enthusiastic and motivated Chief Stewardess, Chloe has consistently demonstrated her ability to build and manage a successful, harmonious, and happy team. She is known for her warm personality, positive attitude, and ever-present smile, always striving to deliver the highest level
of service. Before entering the yachting industry, Chloe studied teaching while working in a
daycare, crèche, and junior school for over two years. She later pursued graphic design and transitioned into digital advertising. Chloe has also recently obtained her Purser Certificate, further strengthening her administrative and leadership capabilities on board

Paige is the Third Stewardess on board ANYA, now in her second season with the vessel. With a growing confidence in her role and a solid understanding of onboard standards, she brings both consistency and enthusiasm to the interior team. She has built her experience across a variety of hospitality settings, including taverns, restaurants, and cafés, often working through busy summer seasons. These fast-paced environments have strengthened her ability to deliver excellent guest service while remaining calm, efficient, and attentive to detail under pressure.
