Paige grew up in Sydney, Australia, where her love of the ocean and boating began at a young age. Spending much of her childhood on her family’s boats, she developed a natural affinity for life on the water. She has also travelled extensively, gaining valuable cultural awareness, adaptability, and confidence connecting with people from all walks of life.
Now in her third year as a Registered Nurse, Paige has experience across trauma and orthopaedics, emergency nursing, respiratory ICU step-down and rehabilitation. Accustomed to fast-paced environments, she remains calm under pressure, is always willing to lend a hand, and thrives as part of a team.
In her free time, Paige enjoys all things sport and has played everything from touch rugby and netball to competitive swimming. When she’s not enjoying a friendly competition, she can usually be found outdoors, whether at the beach, on the water or making the most of Sydney’s active lifestyle.

Andrée (Dré) was born in Ottawa, Canada, and grew up travelling to Mexico every year to visit family. In 2013, she obtained her Bachelor of Commerce with majors in marketing and hospitality management from the University of Guelph. With a love for travel, she’s lived on all continents except Antarctica. Her father, a coastguard captain on search and rescue vessels in the Arctic Circle, instilled a love for the sea.
After working a 9-5 corporate job, Dré followed her passion for yachting, knowing it would fulfill her in ways life at a desk couldn't. She has since worked on several high-profile yachts, where she discovered her love for spoiling guests with the best cocktails and ensuring they have the best experience on board.
Dré enjoys writing, reading, yoga, Pilates, wildlife, and personal development. She is currently training to become a certified herbalist, always seeking to grow both personally and professionally.

Rebecca was born in Melbourne, Australia but grew up in Sydney. She went to university to study a Bachelor of Nursing and has been a nurse since the age of 21 working in surgical nursing and ICU.
Rebecca joined the yachting industry in 2016 as a stewardess nurse and has gradually worked her way up to leading the housekeeping team. She greatly enjoys passing on her knowledge to her team and teaching the skills she's accrued over the years. Rebecca will ensure the interior is maintained superbly, and will endeavour to make guests feel AQUILA is a home away from home.
Rebecca enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and walks; she also practices yoga and working out. She likes reading and gaining further skills through courses as well as watching documentaries.

Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Hugo travelled with his family from a young age, living in Papua New Guinea whilst growing up. After school, Hugo obtained his Bachelor of Science majoring in Genetics and Microbiology from the University of Auckland and Canterbury.
Hugo was introduced to the yachting industry by his older siblings in 2019, he enjoys the extensive travel that the job offers and experiencing new cultures. He brings a positive dynamic to the crew and looks forward to a long and prosperous future in yachting.
In his down time, you’ll find Hugo partaking in sports like rugby, football, surfing and skating. He also enjoys being creative by drawing and designing.

Orshe is energetic and eternally optimistic, which inspires those around her to approach their own life and work with enthusiasm and joy. She leads her dedicated interior team with calm, clear direction and loves the challenge of a busy charter programme.

Born in New Zealand, in the small town of Rotorua, Sam enrolled in culinary school in 2013 and embarked on his career as a chef. He has worked as a senior chef at a number of esteemed restaurants in New Zealand and Australia before taking his skills to sea to join the yachting community in 2019.
Having travelled the USA, Mexico, Thailand and extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Sam enjoys combining his restaurant experience and various culinary influences to create new, exciting menus for guests.
When not on board, Sam enjoys watersports like waterskiing and wakeboarding. He also likes to head out for a run and knuckle into a good gym session.

In 2020, Ailish transitioned into the private security sector, where she gained valuable experience working in high-pressure environments including private households, estates, government contracts, and television productions. It was during this time that she discovered the yachting industry, which offered the perfect blend of her skills in beauty therapy, hospitality, and her passion for travel.
Now a dynamic and dedicated spa stewardess with a strong background in beauty therapy, massage, and luxury hospitality, Ailish delivers relaxing and rejuvenating treatments utilising various techniques. She takes pride in creating a tranquil sanctuary for guests to relax and unwind.

Songpoom is otherwise known as ‘Tak’ to his colleagues. His nickname comes from the Polish word ’Tak’, meaning ‘yes’, which gives you an idea of the can-do attitude that Tak has! He is always ready for new challenges, making him the happy, ‘yes man’ aboard.
Tak comes from the lovely town of Rayong, Thailand. He started in the yachting industry back in 2007. Tak is a dedicated and hard-working person who always has a friendly smile on his face.
In his free time, Tak enjoys keeping active through running, going to the gym, hiking, and playing football.
