This gave her strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and confidence in managing responsibilities under pressure. She joined the yachting industry in June 2025, motivated by the combination of ocean life and guest‑focused service. Since then, she has worked within the interior department, gaining experience in housekeeping, laundry, turn‑downs, table service, and maintaining day‑to‑day interior standards on board. With a strong foundation from her Green‑to‑Gold Stewardess training, Sinian brings efficiency, precision, and a proactive mindset to Arados. She takes pride in anticipating guest needs, creating a warm atmosphere, and supporting seamless interior operations during demanding itineraries. Her ability to adapt quickly and stay composed during last‑minute changes makes her a valuable team member on busy charter programs.

Franck was born in France and raised in Paris. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has worked in various prestigious hotels and restaurants, including Sheraton, Le Méridien, and InterContinental, both in France and England.
In 2009, Franck and his wife ventured into the culinary world by opening a gastronomic restaurant in Versailles, later expanding to Cannes. In 2021, he transitioned to the yachting industry, joining a prestigious 104-meter motor yacht as a Chef. The following year, he became part of the Arados team.
During the winter seasons, Franck hones his skills at L’Atelier Robuchon in Geneva, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. He collaborates closely with corporate chef Olivier Jean to incorporate signature and innovative dishes from Robuchon’s repertoire into Arados’ menu.

Diane was born in Cannes and a young dynamic female captain in her thirties. From an early age, she developed a passion for the sea and sailing races in the south of France. Dynamic and athletic, she pursued a degree in physical education at university, specializing in adapted sports for the elderly and individuals with disabilities. Drawn to the maritime industry, she quickly turned to yachting, where she spent 13 years working in various roles. After serving as Chief Officer on Arados for three years, she decided to further her studies at the École Nationale Supérieure Maritime in Nantes. Two years later, she obtained her Captain 3000 license and returned to the industry, this time as captain of Arados, bringing a wealth of expertise to ensure the seamless operation of onboard activities. As a captain, Diane places the utmost importance on safety, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and ongoing crew training to mitigate risks. Her leadership and attention to detail guarantee optimal navigation conditions while prioritizing the well-being of both guests and crew.

Originally from Indonesia, Rifkhi embarked on his yachting journey back in 2021. Prior to entering the industry, he gained valuable experience working on cruise ships from 2016 to 2020, serving as a Purser. Transitioning to private yachting, he began his first position as a deck steward on Nechida.
Now, as a valued member of the Arados team, Rifkhi brings with him his strong abilities and a deep enthusiasm for learning and growing within the industry.

Vincent hails from the beautiful Philippine archipelago, where he grew up near the sea, sailing on traditional local wooden boats. Naturally drawn to the ocean, he pursued his seafarer qualifications to explore the world.
His first maritime experience with La Compagnie du Ponant took him to breathtaking destinations, including the Norwegian fjords, the Amazon River, and the Arctic and Antarctic regions. Throughout his travels, he crossed the equator multiple times.
Since 2020, Vincent has transitioned to the yachting industry while raising a family in the South of France. He finds joy in his work on yachts while caring for his young daughter. Known for his kindness and passion for the sea, Vincent consistently exceeds guests’ expectations.
Off duty, he enjoys playing basketball and preparing traditional Filipino dishes for friends and family.

Growing up in a big family in the Los Angeles area and spending recent years in Newport Beach, he developed an early appreciation for hospitality, vibrant environments, and the coastal lifestyle that now perfectly aligns with yachting. Before joining the industry, Mike built a successful career in luxury event planning, working for over seven years delivering high-end, bespoke events. This experience has given him a refined eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of how to create memorable atmospheres tailored to each guest. From elegant table settings to seamless service, he takes pride in ensuring every detail contributes to a polished and enjoyable onboard experience. Now in his first yachting season, Mike has already gained hands-on experience on a range of private yachts. Since 2022, Hugo has worked as a private chef, creating tailored menus for discerning clients across a variety of high-end settings. His seasonal experience between prestigious alpine chalets in winter and exclusive Mediterranean destinations in summer has allowed him to refine a versatile and guest-focused style. He is adept at adapting his cuisine to suit individual preferences, whether crafting elegant, contemporary dishes or delivering comforting, classic flavours with a modern touch. Joining the yachting industry in 2025 as Sous Chef on Arados, Hugo has embraced the fast-paced and detail-oriented nature of onboard service. He works closely with the Head Chef to ensure a seamless culinary experience, while also supporting the deck crew when needed, demonstrating a strong team spirit. Hugo is known for his precision, organisation, and creativity in the galley. His passion for food drives him to continuously innovate and elevate each dining experience.

A true maritime professional, he embodies energy, responsibility, and teamwork. His diverse athletic background and dynamic personality ensure that every moment aboard Arados is an adventure. Thaliny, known to everyone as “Fen” was originally born in Laos in 2001 and raised in France from 2009 onward. She grew up in an international environment that shaped her open‑minded character and her adaptability. Before entering the yachting industry, Fen studied in Grasse in the South of France while working in hospitality. Her early experience in a 4‑star hotel, where she supported the restaurant, breakfast service, and room service teams, gave her a professional foundation in luxury service, guest care, and fast‑paced operations. Fen began her yachting career at just 19, joining a 22m charter motor yacht as a Stewardess/Cook and Deckhand — a demanding, all‑round role. This hands‑on experience taught prepared her well for larger yachts and leadership positions. On Arados, Fen brings a refined service mindset, natural team spirit, and a strong commitment to maintaining the interior to the highest standard. She leads with positivity and clarity, ensuring smooth operations, and an enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and crew. Her background in both hospitality and cooking allows her to anticipate guest needs intuitively, support table service beautifully, and create an inviting and elegant onboard environment. After completing her studies in Administrative Law at the University of Zagreb, she expanded her talents with training in pastry and dessert preparation. Since starting her yachting career in 2017, Valentina has built solid experience across both charter and private programs, progressing into various positions that demanded strong organisation, and the ability to resist to stress during high season. Her versatility across all interior departments—housekeeping, service, laundry—makes her a reliable pillar within the interior team. A key strength Valentina brings to Arados is her training in wine pairing, which elevates the service on board. She confidently assists with wine selection, pairings, and table service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and knowledgeable dining experience. On board, Valentina contributes to a smooth and well‑structured service flow, working closely with the Chief Stewardess to maintain consistency, elegance, and attention to detail throughout the charter. She thrives in a team environment where communication, structure, and high standards create a harmonious guest experience.
