Thaliny is a young and dynamic Thai woman, born in Laos in 2001, but living in France since 2009. Before joining the yachting industry, she studied at high school in Grasse, in the South of France, while also working at a restaurant as a commis chef, breakfast attendant, and room service in a 4-star hotel.
After graduating at 19 years old, she secured her first position as a stewardess/cook and deckhand on board a 22m charter and private motor yacht, where she stayed for two years before joining the Arados crew. She brings great team spirit and a luxury service mindset. With her growing experience, Thaliny is always eager to join back the crew again for the upcoming summer season!

Diane was born in Cannes and is 34 years old. From an early age, she developed a passion for the sea and sailing races in the south of France. Dynamic and athletic, she pursued a degree in physical education at university, specializing in adapted sports for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
Drawn to the maritime industry, she quickly turned to yachting, where she spent 13 years working in various roles. After serving as Chief Officer on Arados for three years, she decided to further her studies at the École Nationale Supérieure Maritime in Nantes. Two years later, she obtained her Captain 3000 license and returned to the industry, this time as captain of Arados, bringing a wealth of expertise to ensure the seamless operation of onboard activities.
As a captain, Diane places the utmost importance on safety, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and ongoing crew training to mitigate risks. Her leadership and attention to detail guarantee optimal navigation conditions while prioritizing the well-being of both guests and crew.

Born and raised in Antibes, Joseph's maritime roots run deep, with family connections to the yachting world shaping his early passion. After completing his studies in economics and management between Nice and Lisbon, he gained valuable professional experience with the LVMH group in London.
Driven by a lifelong dream, Joseph pursued his yacht captain certification, turning his childhood passion into a professional calling. A true maritime professional, he embodies energy, responsibility, and teamwork. His diverse athletic background and dynamic personality ensure that every moment aboard Arados is an adventure. Multilingual and customer-focused, he brings an infectious enthusiasm that makes each voyage an unforgettable experience.
Joseph Incurvaja
First Officer
Franck was born in France and raised in Paris. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has worked in various prestigious hotels and restaurants, including Sheraton, Le Méridien, and InterContinental, both in France and England.
In 2009, Franck and his wife ventured into the culinary world by opening a gastronomic restaurant in Versailles, later expanding to Cannes. In 2021, he transitioned to the yachting industry, joining a prestigious 104-meter motor yacht as a Chef. The following year, he became part of the Arados team.
During the winter seasons, Franck hones his skills at L’Atelier Robuchon in Geneva, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. He collaborates closely with corporate chef Olivier Jean to incorporate signature and innovative dishes from Robuchon’s repertoire into Arados’ menu.

Born and raised on the coast of Spain, Amal’s love for the sea began early and naturally led her to a career in yachting. With a background in business management and marketing, she combines professionalism and creativity in everything she does.
Since entering the yachting industry, Amal has gained valuable experience on board both private and charter yachts, where she also held the role of second stewardess. She joined Arados in April 2025 and quickly became a beloved member of the crew, known for her exceptional attention to detail, warm hospitality, and calm presence under pressure.
Amal goes above and beyond to create unforgettable moments for guests on board, such as organizing surprise celebrations during charters. Her ability to anticipate guests’ needs, combined with her strong organizational and multilingual skills, makes her an invaluable part of the team—especially for international charters.
When not on board, Amal enjoys meditation, exercise, reading, and traveling. She values self-care, lifelong learning, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Carlos brings a unique and enriching blend of service, wellness, and creativity to the world of luxury yachting. With a background in visual communication, yoga, and holistic therapy, he began his career in design and photography before transitioning into wellness in 2014. He trained extensively in Hatha Yoga, Mat Pilates, and multiple massage techniques—including Thai and Ayurvedic therapies—across Mexico, Chile, and India. In 2019, Carlos and his wife co-founded Bijari Wellness, a studio dedicated to yoga, holistic therapies, and healthy living.
His hospitality journey has included roles in high-end resorts and coastal tours in Portugal, where he developed his skills in fine dining, bartending, and luxury spa services. His passion for helping others and delivering exceptional guest experiences naturally led him to yachting. Carlos has since worked on various yachts, gaining hands-on experience in both deck and interior roles, as well as content creation.
Carlos joined Arados in April 2025, where he combines his attention to detail, warm personality, and wellness expertise to elevate the guest experience. He describes his time on board as deeply fulfilling, appreciating the leadership of Captain Diane and the mentorship of the interior team. Carlos is deeply committed to personal and professional growth, with aspirations to one day contribute to a full onboard wellness program.
Described as empathetic, loving, and kind-hearted, Carlos is also skilled in photography, video editing, social media, and graphic design. He sees every challenge as an opportunity to grow and is passionate about creating a serene, uplifting atmosphere wherever he goes.

Aurélien was born into the hospitality industry, beginning his career in various restaurants across France before working in ski resorts. He later took on seasonal roles in Ireland and Spain to improve his English and Spanish language skills.
His passion for exploring different cultures led him to travel the world, gaining diverse experience across multiple industries. Eventually, he found his calling in yachting, which offered the perfect blend of hospitality and travel.
After spending approximately 10 years working on deck, Aurélien is now eager to expand his knowledge and skills in engineering within the yachting industry.

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Suné brings warmth, professionalism, and a deep-rooted passion for hospitality to her role as stewardess on board M/Y Arados. With a diploma in Hospitality and Catering and certifications in service, wines, cocktails, and barista skills, she delivers a high standard of service with a calm, friendly, and adaptable approach. Growing up near the sea, Suné spent her childhood fishing with her father along the Cape coast, which inspired a lasting love for the ocean. After refining her hospitality skills in South Africa's renowned Stellenbosch wine region, she transitioned into yachting, combining her love of travel and service. She has since worked in the UAE and France, embracing new cultures and learning continuously along the way. Suné's enthusiasm for learning languages, alongside hobbies like photography, swimming, and outdoor adventures, reflects her dynamic and engaged personality. She thrives on teamwork and is especially inspired by the positive energy and camaraderie among the crew on Arados. Suné is currently expanding her skills in guest experience and looks forward to contributing to unforgettable charters this season.

Lisa is a young and motivated French professional who took an unconventional educational path. After completing one year of high school, she chose homeschooling and embarked on a cultural exchange journey, working as an au pair in Washington, D.C., at just 15 years old. Her passion for travel led her to further au pair experiences in Spain and Italy.
At 18, Lisa set out to broaden her horizons through volunteer work in Tanzania, but her plans were interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Undeterred, she embraced a new adventure in yachting. Starting as a stewardess, she later transitioned to a deckhand role and is now preparing for another season as bosun on board Arados, bringing her diverse skill set and enthusiastic attitude to the team.

Hailing from the Atlantic coast of France, Bertrand studied at the Merchant Navy academies in Marseille and Le Havre. With the goal of working on yachts, he first built his experience on commercial ships, including cable, seismic, and cruise vessels, before joining the yachting industry seven years ago.
After extensive travels, Bertrand settled on the French Riviera with his young son. One of his most exciting experiences was aboard an explorer yacht, cruising through Antarctica and French Polynesia. Now, he enjoys saying that he works on the largest Sunseeker yacht ever built.
A passionate diver, Bertrand loves deep diving and wreck exploration. He is also an avid hiker and is always eager to bring an adventurous spirit to guests looking for unique experiences!
