PRINCESS V78 M/Y Aramis

Aramis, Princess V78, is particularly studied in order to offer spaces and arrangements unequalled by other yachts of the same dimensions. The expansive saloon with the forward dining area, the large opening roof, the sliding glass door and electric drop window which can be opened to transform the saloon and the enormous and enjoyable cockpit into one magnificent entertaining space, the stylish lower accommodations with the exclusive full-beam master suite, the vip suite on the bow and the two further cabins, provide top quality of life on board blend of comfort and the best that cruising can offer. The yacht is fully equipped, at the top level; among other things, she is also provided with satellite dish, stern platform submersible, under water lights.
Several refits were carried out in 2013, 2019 and 2025 introducing significant upgrades and mofications: installation of a second generator and watermaker, expansion of the crew quarters, enclosure of the galley, major overhouls to the engines, rationalization of the electricalsystem and complete replacement of all navigation elecronics with state-of-the art-equipment .
The yacht is fully equipped with hidraulic swim platform , a large tender and a wide selection of water toys including two seabobs.

Francesco FIORI was born in Olbia in 2001 and has lived in Golfo Aranci since childhood.
From an early age, he developed a deep passion for the sea, thanks in part to his family's boats. After graduating from Olbia's classic high school in 2020, he began working in the nautical sector at age 16, gaining experience first on land and then aboard smaller boats. He initially worked as a dock and dinghy operator, and from 2018 onward, he worked in shipyards performing maintenance and repairs on boats.
From June 2023 to September 2025, he served on a 50-foot Baia as a deckhand.
Francesco is a serious and enthusiastic young man with extensive nautical training and boat’s technical knowledge gained through his experience. He is capable of optimally managing the equipment and toys for customers. He is personable, calm and friendly, punctual and reliable, and very sociable. He is attentive and open in his interactions with customers.
Given his character, skills, and experience, and his passion for the sea and sailing, Francesco is an excellent crew member, undoubtedly capable of finding ever greater satisfaction in the life he has chosen.

In possession of a license to command pleasure boats and a license to command passenger traffic boats, he attends courses at the Nautical Institute of La Maddalena in winter.

Deckhand
Born in Sardinia, La Maddalena 14th April 1979
Nationality: Italian

Education: High School and nautical license at the Nautical Institute of La Maddalena, Sardinia.
Embarks: from 1997 to 2004 he was embarked in passengers ships as a sailor and Chef; from 2004 to 2008 helsman officer in american military passenger ships in La Maddalena; from 2009 to 2010 he was Captain on italian passenger ships; from 2010 to 2017 he worked on various charter yachts as a Captain in Sardinia & Corsica with the Company Poltu Quatu Charter.
From 2018 to 2021 he has been Captain of the Predator 72 Aspire of London, where he has proved to be an excellent captain, with great satisfaction of guests and Owner who is the same company of the M/Y Princess V78 Aramis, where he has been then appointed as Captain on November 2021.
2026 will be his 6th year on board of Aramis.
Cristian experience on charter activity is of more than twenty years during which he acquired a deep knoledge of pleasure and charter yachts.
Excellent fisherman and always true sailor he has very deep knoledge of this charter area (Sardinia and Corsica) able to lead the boat in places that few knows with amazement and great satisfaction of guests. Serious, absolutely trustable, scrupulous and very well prepared even in the need for repairs and technical activity on board, Cristian is a complete and reliable captain in all circumstances. Direct and gentle, a true seaman , he knows how to pamper clients from whom he always deserves esteem and affection.
Even if it is not his task Christian is also a very good Chef, very skilled with a great experience having been also a "sous chef" for 5 years in the famous Maddalena Restaurant "La Grotta".

Thanks to her family and the nautical scene in La Maddalena, since the age of 16, she gained experience during the summer season on boats around 10-12 meters as a deckhand and kitchen assistant.
From 2022 to 2025, she worked as a cook and deckhand on passenger motorboats in the La Maddalena Archipelago.
Passionate about cuisine, in which she strives to achieve ever greater heights, an expert sailor, and enthusiastic about her work, she is a great presence, able to interact with customers and understand their needs.
Given her combined experience and knowledge, as well as her character traits, Stefania, despite her youth, is particularly suited to the complex role of Chef and Stewardess on board. She is a reliable point of reference for guests and a sincere and reliable friend for the crew.
