Sailing has been Richards passion from a very young age, this starting with dinghy sailing and progressed onto offshore yacht racing. His career then moved into teaching and passing on his knowledge to others. After many years teaching he made the decision to move into the charter industry and have never looked back. His progression from smaller boats to the world of superyachts aids Richard in understanding many aspects of the vessel he works with and his attention to detail ensuring an immaculately kept deck. Richard is progressing his career to larger vessels, currently working towards the Officer of the watch 3000gt. He is keen to pass on his knowledge to crew wanting to progress their careers and with interested guests. With experience from a teaching environment, he remains calm under pressure and has a professional and friendly manner.
In his spare time Richard has a passion for fishing and enjoys sharing this also with both guests and crew. Richard joined ARCHELON in Spring 2020.

Having planned and prepared for a long-term career in yachting for several years Lindsey chose to build a strong foundation first by completing her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport. Qualifying as a Divemaster, Yoga Instructor and Massage Therapist she also gained experience working with performance athletes in high-demand environments.
Holding herself to high standards she is considerate of others, value structure and genuinely enjoy working in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. Naturally curious and like understanding the why behind systems so that she can execute them properly and efficiently, Lindsey is a great addition to the ARCHELON team. Aspiring to grow within the interior department and progress through the ranks into positions of greater responsibility, she is motivated to start from the ground up to fully understand the responsibilities, standards, and teamwork required of each role onboard.
