Trained at Anhembi Morumbi, The Kendall College, and Les Roches, he has spent over a decade mastering diverse cuisines in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury establishments. As Head Chef for Barcelona’s Pisto Pisco Group, he honed his skills in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management.
In yachting, Gabriel has served as Head Chef on the 51m M/S ARESTEAS and Crew Chef on the 97m M/Y FAITH, excelling in provisioning, HACCP compliance, and crafting exceptional dining experiences. Organized and adaptable, he brings passion and precision to every meal.

Yilmaz is a hardworking and driven deckhand with solid experience across both private and charter yachts. With a proactive approach to deck operations and a natural ability to lead, he has served as bosun and lead deckhand on multiple successful seasons.
From anchoring, docking procedures, and navigation to tender driving and water toy setup, Yilmaz brings confidence and professionalism to every aspect of exterior yacht duties.
Yilmaz has experience managing deck crews, maintaining high standards in detailing and maintenance, and operating various tenders and equipment.

Murat’s disciplined and detail-oriented approach stems from his early career in the Turkish Naval Forces and his work as a maritime engineering instructor. He is well-versed in engine room operations, preventive maintenance, and environmental compliance, and holds a valid 2nd Engineer license for vessels up to 3000 kW.

Captain Mevlüt is a seasoned maritime professional with over 20 years of yachting experience and a Yacht Master 3000 GT qualification. His impressive career spans various roles, from deckhand to chief engineer, and ultimately captain on numerous motor and sailing yachts across the Mediterranean, Red Sea, Adriatic, and Caribbean.
Known for his hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge, Mevlüt has a proven track record in managing commercial operations, maintenance periods, and complex refits.
He has been at the helm of M/S ARESTEAS since 2019, after initially joining as Chief Engineer. Mevlüt brings a solutions-driven mindset, leadership excellence, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, making him an invaluable asset onboard.

His educational background in mechanical engineering and computer programming, combined with extensive technical training in CNC machining, metalworking, and carpentry, makes him an exceptional problem solver.
Murat has worked on both private and charter yachts, including world-renowned builders such as Benetti and Heesen.
