Mick grew up on the Gold Coast but now calls the Czech Republic home with his wife and two daughters. His passion for the sea began at an early age, as his family owned a 1969 classic tugboat that was once part of the local fishing club's fleet. Many weekends were spent restoring and maintaining the vessel with his father, followed by cruising the Gold Coast's estuaries. This hands-on experience sparked a lifelong love of boats and in 2012, Mick had an opportunity to work on a superyacht in Europe. What was meant to be a one-year adventure became a full yachting career. Now an experienced Officer, Mick takes pride in giving guests an unforgettable experience while upholding the highest standards of safety and seamanship. He feels incredibly fortunate to be part of Arrow, working alongside an exceptional crew to deliver world-class service on board.
