Beatriz is an enthusiast deckhand with experience on yachts up to 57m. She’s confident in washdowns, teak care, docking, anchoring, and water toy setup. With a background in consulting and swim instruction, she brings strong communication and teamwork to her role. Beatriz is passionate about watersports, especially kitesurfing, swimming, and fishing. She’s eager to grow in the industry, thrive in a team environment and strive to create a positive atmosphere for the guests and crew on board ARYA.

With over 11 years at sea, including 7 leading technical departments on luxury charter yachts, Martin excels in engine room management, preventative maintenance, and rapid in-house problem-solving. Experienced in high-end charter operations, he ensures vessels operate smoothly and safely, maintaining seamless guest experiences. His previous charter yachts includes M/Y LEGEND (37m), M/Y FANTASEA (49.90m) & M/Y Mimi La Sardine (33m).
Fluent in Spanish and English; Martin combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership to keep M/Y ARYA at peak performance during every charter.

Kostiantyn is an experienced Chief Engineer with over 13 years in the maritime industry, including motor and sailing yachts up to 45 m. Skilled in charter operations, refits, and yard periods across the Mediterranean, he excels in maintenance, emergency response, and PMS management (Seahub, Pinpoint). He is calm under pressure and highly organised, Kostiantyn ensures safety, compliance, and teamwork, supporting both engine room and deck operations during busy charter seasons. He holds a Chief Engineer III/2 Unlimited (Y1) license and degrees in Marine and Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & A/C, and Project Management, combining hands-on expertise with strong managerial skills.

Hailing from South Africa, Cuan has three years of experience in the yachting industry. He brings strong technical skills in deck operations, tender driving, and shipyard projects. Cuan is also a talented videographer and drone pilot, having produced over 40 charter videos, and a musician who performs for guests onboard. With a Yacht Master 200-ton license and a passion for fishing, he adds both professionalism and personality to any crew. With a positive can-do attitude, he is excited for the new adventure on ARYA.

With over three decades of experience Captain Barnaby is a maritime professional known for his calm leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional operational standards.
Holding an MCA Master 3000 license since 2002, he has commanded vessels up to 67m across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Central America, and the USA. His career spans high-profile refits, complex logistics for regattas, and successful charter operations, including dual charter seasons. Barnaby is known for his meticulous attention to detail, crew retention, and unwavering commitment to safety. Whether navigating polar waters or coordinating elite sailing events, he brings a wealth of knowledge, a global network of contacts, and a passion for excellence to every project. When he is not on board, Barnaby enjoys skiing, sailing, windsurfing, climbing, tennis, and theatre and music as well. He is now excited for his new role and cannot wait to welcome guests on board ARYA.

As Chief Officer, Nacho brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for the sea. He joined the yachting industry in 2019 after many years of sailing on smaller yachts and has since built a strong reputation for his professionalism, calm leadership, and love of adventure.
A keen sailor and certified Divemaster, Nacho thrives in the water, whether freediving, spearfishing, windsurfing, or competing in sailing regattas. His passion for the ocean naturally extends into his lifestyle, as he constantly seeks new challenges and ways to connect with the sea.
When not on duty, Nacho enjoys dancing salsa and bachata, traveling and discovering new cultures, and playing chess, always balancing energy, curiosity, and focus both on and off the yacht.

Originally from Poland, Marta is a detail-oriented stewardess with experience on both private and charter yachts. Her roles so far have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of interior operations, including housekeeping, laundry, and cocktail preparation, as well as formal dining and event setups. In addition to her yachting expertise, Marta holds a gym instructor qualification along with a lifeguard certification, bringing valuable wellness and safety knowledge on board. With strong organizational skills and the ability to manage guest expectations with calm efficiency, she is eager to contributing to a committed team that upholds the highest standards of service on board.

Chef Francisco brings over a decade of culinary excellence at sea, including previous experience aboard the yacht under its former name, ZEXPLORER. His career also includes serving as chef on prestigious charter yachts such as M/Y ANCORA (47m) , M/Y TLC (30m) & M/Y DESPERADO (40m).
His background spans sportfishing vessels in Baja and luxury charter yachts across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Pacific. Rooted in the bold flavors of Mexico and Baja California, his cuisine combines fresh, local ingredients with refined techniques to create memorable dining experiences for owners, guests, and crew alike. Experienced in high-pressure, back-to-back charter seasons, Francisco excels in menu planning, provisioning, and galley management, ensuring every voyage is served with precision, creativity, and passion. Fluent in Spanish and English, he thrives in dynamic charter environments while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. He is eager to start his season on board M/Y ARYA.

Lizerette, born in Mexico has had a life-long passion for travel, hospitality and adventure. She loves to step out of her comfort zone, explore and try different things. Before taking the step onto yachts, Lizz had worked in the nutrition industry, owning her own business as a nutritionist for 15 years, worked as a personal assistant and trained as a private pilot to take on a new adventure and hobby. Through years of dedication working with her clients designing nutritional plans, coordinating preferences and budgets, Lizz developed a keen eye for detail and a genuine care for people. With travel as one of her many hobbies, Lizz traveled solo for many extended periods of time. This, along with her career history, allowed her to develop a deep cultural sensitivity, empathy and understanding for people. Her love for the ocean introduced her to the yachting industry. As a yacht Chief stew she has been able to provide personalized guest service, catering to individual preference and needs, always with a welcoming smile. Previously on ZEXPLORER, Lizz is excited to be on board ARYA and she will ensure a comfortable and memorable experience on board.
