Engineer German Martinez is a dynamic and technically skilled professional with solid expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems. Trained as a Third Engineer and having served aboard various vessels including tugboats, fishing vessels, and sailing yachts, he most recently served as Chief Engineer on the 150-ton S/Y Heritage. Aboard Ashleyrose, German ensures all systems run smoothly and safely, providing technical reliability and prompt problem-solving throughout every voyage.

He holds an MCA Master 200 GT Unlimited and RYA Yachtmaster Ocean certification, among many others. Vincenzo has captained numerous charter yachts, including Swan, Sunreef, and Oyster models, and has strong expertise in both racing and delivery operations. Aboard Ashleyrose, he brings precision, deep sailing knowledge, and a proactive spirit, ensuring smooth deck operations and professional support to the captain and guests.
